hey do you recommend a specific place to get fluffy fabric for the body of a long furby or should I just get it on amazon? also how big should the piece of fabric be? I'm not sure what size to order it in

I buy my faux fur from Joann Fabrics, but have also ordered them on Amazon.
The fur comes in 55” sheets cut to your desired length at the store, and I buy 0.5 yards(18”) for one Furby.
Amazon sells them in smaller squares, so just be sure to check the dimensions

For me I get fake fur from spotlight but if you want it cheaper (cause it is SHOCKINGLY expensive) I find some garments at opshops like old fuzzy robes. Also she has linked the 3d face plates and patterns in the description. Hope this helps :D

They’re pretty sturdy! I make sure to seal each face with a couple coats of top coat

This furby is so beautiful! What was the purpose of mixing glue through the clay?

I think it makes it softer/more pliable so it’s easier to spread and make the clay under it smooth.

Ari is correct. I’ve also heard doing this helps the wet clay adhere better to the already dry clay. Nothing flaked off, so I’m going to assume it worked lol
