I designed the mugs for Liberty Mountain (aka Ski Liberty) from 2016-20 including the lightest color one in the video mug! Each year there was a different design for the mug club at McKee's Tavern at the resort. The backs had McKee (the dog) doing different activities around the resort. Cool to see it on your video :)
That's Awesome! Thanks for sharing that!
Cool! I loved those mugs.
Awesome!
Of everything I want those mugs! Big Gulp cappuccino mug! Love them!
Love the mugs 😊
“Do I really need it? Probably not”. Into the cart it goes.
😂😂😂💯
The terra cotta face w/open mouth and hands is a bird feeder. You fill it with seed and the birds perch on the hands, which automatically refill with seed.
My mom had one she rigged up into her water fountain 💜
I was thinking water fountain. Could be used for either.
@@kayhenry6293 right
Pretty sure it was a fountain. But you could use it as a bird feeder, I guess.
I was reading your comments, and I am so sorry that you have some insanely judgemental viewers/commenters. I had no clue it could be like this, especially to a sweet genuine woman like you! Keep doing EVERYTHING that you are doing, b.c it's working, and it shows your lovely true self 🖤
I actually enjoyed hearing Sara. Brought back memories from the 80's. 😁
That song was serenaded to be so much lol. Wonder why? J/K, love Starship!
Yes a 3 bar Russian Orthodox Christian cross. I'm interested in purchasing for sure. Glad you found it!
The aluminum figurines are made by Hoselton from Ontario, Canada. Good score because of their sizes!
I have learned so much from you via your videos. Yesterday I was in a pricey antique mall. I saw a little glass pitcher with a scene of a little girl painted in white. I thought that’s Mary Gregory, it was. I learned that from watching your videos. I saw a couple of other things that I was able to identify (Empoli decanters, Italian pottery) because of what I’ve learned from watching your videos. Thank you for so freely sharing your knowledge and being transparent about where you shop, what you pay, and what things should sell for and what they actually sell for. I really appreciate what you do.
Their music is way too loud
Someone needs to complain to management that it’s so loud… yes be a Karen 😂
Yes because of their loud music they've lost a lot of customers.
Yep, I'd last about 2 minutes in that noise!
Came for the thrifting...stayed for the Yacht Rock 🤘🎵🎷🎺🎤😎 🛒🛥️🪨😂
My 3 year old son loves you, and we were ABOUT to stop at the walkersville goodwill today. Darn. He would just cryyyy if he saw you! 😅
❤️ So sweet. I hope he gets to meet her one day.
They were cranking the 80’s tunes today! Fun trip to the thrift store. 🙂
I was thinking the same. It took me back to my childhood. As others have mentioned, you did a good job of commenting over it.
That little cherry trinket was the cherry on top. Thanks Joce♥
Great job competing with the over loud music. I love how you explain items and why you are picking them up, or putting them back. ❤🐨
I’m really enjoying your viewer engagement. Your videos show you are reading the comments and listening to viewers. Sharing that in videos is great interaction. Not many do it but when it’s done it’s , it take entertainment level to the next level. Thanks
Aw. Thanks, Sheila! I do read all my comments, even if I can’t always respond. I’ve learned a lot from my viewers and I appreciate all the input and positive thoughts.
@@CrazyLampLady It shows and I know it’s appreciated. #GOAT
(had to use it 😉)
I didn’t even notice the music. I’m too busy scanning the shelves and listening and learning. Thanks CLL❤️
The terra-cotta face and hands is a water feature. Water flows out of the mouth and into the hands, then into a pond or fountain.
That’s what I thought it was, too, but I just read another comment that said it was a bird feeder. I guess it could be either really :)
So water for the birds then. Looking like a waterfall is the best idea though.
Pretty sure it’s a fountain too.
That blue and green plate was our first set of dinnerware when I was a kid growing up in the late 50s & sixties.... so, vintage? YES! And to this day, I love blue and green together
Me too! Still have these Swiss Chalet dishes from childhood.
This is just a guess, but I'm thinking that terracotta face thing is a water fountain/waterfall. The water pours from the mouth and off of the hands. 🙂
I was thinking it was a bird feeder
I swear if I watch your videos before bed your voice knocks me out😂
It;s nice to sell pretty single plates at Christmas. People use them to gift cookies!
Back in 2014, before I knew anything about CLL or reselling, I wandered into an antique mall on vacation and purchased 2 serving bowls of different patterns. Then later when I discovered CLL & reselling, I looked at those bowls again - turned out one was RRP pattern that had decent demand - I sold it for $30 (paid $5). 😎
I’m 63 and growing up we had that pattern dinner plate you pulled out. Wow.
Your goodwill stores has amazing things to choose from. Our in massachusetts looks like thr city dump of trash. It's stuff people would throw out for the trash. Glad you found some great deals.
Your so right! I’m in Massachusetts too cape cod and even ours look like trash cans OR they are so expensive!!! It’s ridiculous!
Another fun shop, thanks for sharing!
Succulent is hobby lobby. I hate shopping in a “disco” I need to think and blaring music does not help.
Love learning all about the things are worth ! Your adorable and your growing family
Always fun to see what you pick up... I'm learning what to grab too! Thanks!
Filling that cart up fast! The aluminum figures are lovely.
12:38 Awwww I hear, "Sarah" by Starship playing.
So bummed you put the Swiss Chalet plate back. I was getting my bidding finger ready 😅
That crackle glass hand blown teal glass looked great. Good find.
I bet this would help with the horrid loud music! (Why do they do that!?!)
You should try a lapel mic!
Collar-clip Mic Noise Reduction Recording Collarclip Microphone For
My Grandma gave me a platter like the America blue and white pattern . She gave it to me in the 70's. It was pretty vintage back then.
At 14:00 you have "Swiss Chalet" MCM from the 1960's. We had that when I was growing up. Most of what Mom would buy came from the Mick-or-Mack grocery store (in Roanoke, VA) or the S&H Green Stamp store. I have several pieces. Wish I could get a photo to you🙃
Swiss Alpine by Marcrest. I have some teacup and Saucers. Love that pattern.
I have a whole set of the dishes with the blue on them! Like the plate you just picked
I love your videos! I find you delightful! Your fun personality and engaging content is why I watch and like your videos. Thank you!! 💖
The plate you placed on top, we had those dishes when I was around 9 years old and I'm 64 now...
What a interesting Walk-through. Never know what you will find at the Goodwill. Please Stay Safe, Happy And Healthy. Have A Wonderful Day
And my hump day ends just as it began!! With CLL🧡 So now I am happy happy happy! Love ya Jocelyn🐫🧡
My thoughts exactly!!
Always learn from your videos. Also have started to do cart review, saves me from taking items that wind up in death pile.
Saint Bernard dogs are traditionally used for mountain rescue. That was a mountain resort mug.
Gurl...you had your work cut out for you competing with one of my all time favorite one hit wonder bands Level 42! Also, had to go listen to it after I watched you! Great job!
Hey now! They had 2 great songs 😂
Fantastic finds! I think the aluminum figures (maybe cranes?) are from Hoselton Studio in Trenton, Ontario. Love your videos, I learn more with each one. ❤️
Some older chia pets were made by well known pottery makers. I don't remember the pottery companies that made them but be sure to look for any markings.
I'm surprised you haven't seen that plate before my mother got it at Safeway with s&h Green stamps pre 1968
I picked up [and sold] the large plate/platter. Those big plates look great stood up in booth, shelf displays. They provide hierarchy & depth … and sell well because of it. 😊
Love all you found today!!!
I like that unicorn mug!
I think that terra-cotta sunshine thing is a birdfeeder. You put birdseed and it sounds in that hole is for the birds to go in and hang out I guess
The aluminum figurines you picked up are made by Hoselton Canada. I see them alot here in British Columbia! Love your videos, so much fun 😁
My neighbor had a whole set of those blue plates/dinnerware, circa 1970’s
I love that cross piece!
The dish at 14:30 was my grandmother's pattern. Memories......
My mom had a set of the plate with the blue 😢 back in the 60’s and 70’s
I love those mugs, we have always adopted senior boxers and those look like boxers
Oh shoot, I thought they were St. Bernard's!
Terra cotta sun with hands is part of a fountain. It hangs on wall water comes out mouth overflowing into a bowl.
That terra-cotta with the hole in the back goes onto a fountain water comes out its mouth and lands in its hands and runs off is for a water fountain
That terracotta I think was supposed to be the wind hence open mouth I think it was for the garden to catch water for the birds
Loved the white grapes items under it
The cast aluminum pieces are Hoselton
I believe the cast aluminum sculptures are by Steve Hoselton
I understand why you left the plate behind, but it was stunning.
At the 14:26 mark the platter you picked up was sold at Kroger grocery stores (and probably others) in the 80s. If you bought $10 worth of groceries you could get one of the pieces for either $.50 or $1, depending on the size. I had a huge set at one time.
Really would love to buy that metal cross
Liberty Mountain Resort Is located in Fairfield, PA, a part of Ski Liberty. Ive been there on multiple locations servicing their Roll-off dumpsters.
Frame 14:02 + Unless thats a remake. You can date that plate from 1962 or earlier. ( I know cause I was born & there are picks of my 1st birthday w/ me & that plate. )
Great video, thanks!
Love the cherry pie slice! Those dog cups were brilliant, sorry they don't sell well.
Liberty Mountain Resort is a ski resort not very far from Thurmont.
2 videos! Yay
I have a serving bowl that I found thrifting that matches your platter with the awesome blue design. I justbfell in love with it and couldn't pass it up.
Swiss Alpine by Marcrest. Awesome pattern. Have a couple teacups and Saucers in that pattern.
Liberty MT resort is SW of Gettysburg, in Fairfield PA
Hey! One of the songs was a video I put in my Facebook. Love the song. Love the frosted mugs, green ice cream dishes,Oxblood pottery💜Matchey, Matchey! Pie ring holder😍💜
The resort mugs are going for around 18/19 dollars each
She didn't find any sell through on them. That was just what folks were asking. They aren't selling.
Were the aluminum figures by Hoselton? I sold a Hoselton loon for about $25ish on ebay. I had no clue what they were until I comped them too.
Chia pets can be a cross collectible for licensed ones like Scooby-Doo tweety and others. The promotional ones are better like Mr. T. The cow is a rare one and can sell for around 50 or so. So not the most collectible yet because it hasn't been around long enough. One would grow great in your window and your kids would love it. I would get the Yoda for them. That's the loudest I've ever heard the music
I think that was a bird feeder the terracotta face!
The cross is a three bar cross used in the Byzantine Catholic Church or sometimes known as Greek Catholic Church.
Jocelyn, that plate that you picked up is called Alpine Swiss or Swiss Alpine (lol).
You did a great job talking in spite of the music. I could hear you perfectly. Love your live videos!! Talk over is never as authentic!!
I think the kids would enjoy the Chia pets. I personally don't mind a little wear on old pieces. I love it on my old chicken ceramics.
I couldn't concentrate as that music was so loud. Looks like you got good stuff.
I went to the new Frederick Goodwill for the first time last week and was not impressed because it's very small, and very crowded. Hope you find some good stuff there.
I would have loved to hear you sing! Lol, when the music moves you, go for it
Trinket dish is Anthropologie!
I love your videos as always and I seldom comment and when I do I never complain but this particular Goodwill is ridiculous with their music. It's very loud and it was distracting trying to listen to you and it at the same time. Perhaps voiceovers are good for this particular goodwill?
I found 15 pc of yellow stengle at goodwill a couple weeks ago!
Love love dish with the elephant
That blue plate is beautiful. I had service 12 still in boxes. sold on eBay but they arrived broken! Lost $, a shame! From early 1960s,
I know the baby Is a few months old now but I wanted to just say congratulations, and that I’ll never forget when she was born because you had her on my birthday!! Sorry so late have been taken time offline.
I think the first thing you picked up in the Halloween section was a tart warmer….. Great video as Always 🥰
liberty mt resort is a skiing resort outside of fairfield pa about 8 miles from gettysburg
The Terracotta face with the hole in it is for a water fountain
4:00 Hozelton😁🇨🇦
14:32 SWISS ALPINE by Marcrest. That's it. I love that pattern.
Wish shops would put on soft music . Puts me off shopping if i cant think.. even at grocery stores
Did I see some Finnish tall drinking glasses on the glass aisle? I’m obsessed with scandi glass😂
The Atlas pasta machine attachments bring good money.
Wouldn’t it be nice if those votives would magically turn into glassy baby’s ?? ☺️ About a month ago I found one that I thought was a glassy baby and I was trying not to flip out 😂 unfortunately it wasn’t one😢
Love the cross…
