I’m in my late twenties, and that’s mostly what I use X for, current affairs, and yes - you’re right. Being in touch with the news is not good for us. And not everyone needs to hear my opinion so I am growing less and less interested in it.
It takes time to unlearn certain behaviours. I remember when I left X, it felt so bad lol. I missed it but now I am on Threads and it is so much better.
