I wish you had used the song Stand My Ground by Within Temptation. There are so many sequences in this movie of Sarah falling or running away and this movie just fits that song perfectly
thats the thing. it follows the stereotypical fairytale. Most fairytales have a young girl/princess, even younger than her probably, falling in love with either a prince or king probably twice her age. Historically speaking it was because girls matured earlier and since the lifespan was shorter then, breeding started earlier in life. Labyrinth is just a projection of a fairytale upon a girl's life. The fairytale was like that, therefore her fantasy will be too.

Yeah it was my first time splicing up a song so it was a little snagged at the end, I tried to clean it up the best I could.
