Oh, yes. I have heard people call weeding ”nutrient harvesting" instead. I compost the weeds in place. Chop (or pull) and drop. What I don't want on the beds composts on the paths or gets carried to my actual compost area.
Wood chips not sawdust keep the weeds down and they add a great fluffy humus to the soil when they break down. Grass clippings helps hold water in in hot summer and keeps the weeds down.
Pepper is snoring back at you. ;) Thanks! I am glad it looks good. For everything but the tomatoes, I am very happy with the garden. And the tomatoes are standing a chance now. Day 4 without rain. It is still very humid (96%!) at night but the days are dry and hot with wind. Hopefully, they'll make it.
I think your garden looks great. There is a nice mixture of cultivated & non-cultivated areas which makes a soothing view. What are you going to do with the sunflowers?
The main goal was to grow trellises. But I also hope to eat a head grilled (I heard it is good) and save some sunflower seeds for both replanting and eating. Glad you enjoy my garden :)
I should just delete your insults but I will answer you instead: I wash my hair regularly. Dreadlocks are not unwashed. Greasy hair does not dread... Cannabis is my medication. I suffer from a rare genetic disease of the connective tissue that leaves me in pain a lot of the time. Cannabis helps. That is why my doctor (a normal GP, not a green doctor like in Los Angeles) prescribes it. You should educate yourself before insulting people.

Your garden looks amazing! 😊
Thanks Rose! :)
Also composting weeds can be a great way to get the nutrients you're soil is missing without the weeds crowding out your garden plants

Bedding works very well, too. Grass clippings are my favorite :)
You have made such a lot of progress. It all looks great. Who cares about a few weeds? Hi to Pepper.

You should stop smoking dope and start washing your hair.
