l am a first year student and could you please kindly do a video of how you manage your time as a student,making time for friends, your social life and youtube.Could really use some help rn
have a planner (journal)
academics : make sure your assignments are done on time (this will give you enough time to proof read your assignments). if you have tests, study 3/2 weeks prior (whether you're a fast learner or not). most importantly have a study timetable, don't tackle every module at once.
social life, it is important to spoil yourself, once in a while. when you're free on weekends, you can do some fun activities (you don't even have to be out of res) just watch netflix and buy some snacks. you can also plan a painting date with your friends (very healing to the soul). have ice-cream dates, join the gym (any social club) it'll help you if you feel overwhelmed.

Darling, it’s possible that your brain is simply tired from all the work you’ve been putting in. As a former educator, I know too well what that feels like. Consider using a routine like Pomodoro or something similar with built in breaks and timed work stretches- usually 25 mins. Then take it a step further by assigning each session a specific task, example a deep dive learning task, recall task etc. I can tell you’re pretty organized and you’re probably already doing all of these things. Also don’t forget to pray before you start each session. God will surely visit you at your point of need ❤. Sending you loads of luv and hugs.
