What I meant was the vocalisation, SM songs' chorus usually are very heavy and compact in harmony of the members. Even a generic EDM song like f(x)'s All Mine (which is a song that SM doesn't really promote and didn't really put their all in production) still has harmony. But it's not like bighit always makes this kind of musics only, they have tried different genres too and put their own uniqueness in it. It's just what they mostly use from genres. What it mostly sounds like.

OK listen, RBW has GOT to give Jieun more lines where she sings in a low register like her part in Latata here. Her voice is about as husky as Yuqi's and sounds absolutely fantastic in that range. It's such an asset to a girl group, having a member who can give you that sound.

Its sad how underused are Jieuns vocals & her incredibly interesting deep tone(infact her tone in Ponsonia was similar to Swans but deeper)also she has great dancing skills,good vocal teqnique w great facials yet she barely got any shining time in title & pretitles,album,special covers like this more...hope things will change

@@larryevans7701 Yea this comeback in terms of her involvement was a let down again...like she's their 3rd best vocalist(along w Chaein but i've seen many vocal experts say Jieun's technique is a bit more developed)plus her tone is delightful & is perfect for their songs why to water down her,& her not so much more(still better that tts)involvment in bsides still is not enough bc only certain amount of fans will check those:(...i just hope pk will be different cause 99%of times debut distribution barely changes through years
