- So ganito po yung spiel nila: Lyca has just finished her second song, Basang-Basa Sa Ulan. She stays, seemingly not leaving the stage, with her neverending 'Hello po'. But I think this is scripted na, I don't know lang din kung ganun din sa Cebu Concert. So sabi ni Lani, 'Wag ka muna umalis sa stage. Tawagin natin si Kuya Darren'. Then kumanta na sila ng Love On Top. I have decided to upload some videos of Lyca, too, later when I'm done uploading Darren's videos. Lyca is likeable and endearing naman :) And this is coming from a certified Darrenatic. Kinukulit nga niya si Darren dun sa may backstage, while waiting for Ms Lani to end her numbers. I can feel that she really looks up to Darren. Although sumablay siya sa timing nung start, napailing tuloy si Ate Backup Vocal.

Guys! I truly believe that no matter what people say the video/s-sight and sound will reveal the truth of the matter. No amount of bashing or haters can cry their hearts out can smudge one's persona when the video/s of actual class act performances can be viewed over and over again in all parts of the world. For me I see a well performed stage by a gallant guileless fair-haired kiddo Darren. Throw lots of rotten tomatoes to him or stopping or lessening publicity about him will not stop the diamond Darren to shine and meet his destiny. Cheers! I'll start saving money for his coming solo albums, concerts and /or movies.

I'm a big fan of Darren but Lyca has started to grow on me. I'm starting to appreciate what I refuse to see before. The little girl really has something magical in her voice. Totoo yung sinasabi ng mga rabid fans nya that her voice can touch your soul. When she sings in her comfort zone, she's just amazing to listen to.
However, I hope her fans would accept that no matter how good her voice is, she is far from perfection. She badly needs training. I don't sing but I have ears. Her diction, whether in English or Tagalog, needs to be worked on. For now, she can get away with being funny and cute. But not every concert-goer would buy that. And that excuse could only be used for so long.
This kid has a lot of potential. If only her handlers would really care enough to develop her whole being, not just singing but her personality as well. They shouldn't force her to sing songs that are beyond her range. Pinapahiya lang nila yung bata.
Im a certified darrenatics, but i am agreeing on some comments favorable to lyca. Dont get me wrong my fellow darrenatics but in some points they are right. Im not commenting in general, we should be and always be proud of darren but dont make it a habit to boast too much to the point that it become a bash to others. Im just concern bout the image of darrenatics. I dont want them to see us as a basher or hater but to see us as one united club who devotes supports and love darren. DARREN STANDS OUT AND WILL ALWAYS BE ON TOP BECAUSE HE IS GREAT IN WHAT HE DOES NOT BECAUSE WE PULL SOMEONE DOWN TO MAKE HIM ON TOP. Dont be like the others!!! Honestly lyca really needs lots of practice p tlga,,, again this is just opinion and im not bashing the kid,, i'm telling this for her own sake,, mali xa ng intro, proper diction and ofcourse the Voice Control.. Alm ko ngrehearse n cla ng knta n yn,, but still mrami png kulang which is hndi moh mapeperfect sa one time practice.. But I know she san make it nmn.. More Power to you lyca..
Lyca is too young to be having a concert. She needs further training to improve her voice and diction. Malaki pa ang iiimprove niya. Madalas mag-off key. Ang galing ni Darren. Wala yatang di kaya kantahin ang batang ito.

hindi naman ang english lng, yong tone nya po mali. tas d nya makuha ang tamang notes. clear example is 2:40 - 2:45 ..sana d na sya pina sali sa number na to para d na sya ulanin ng criticism. (take note po, d lahat ng criticism ay masama, meron pong constructive.)

Maigi yan, sabihin nyo lahat ng puna at panlalait dahil binibigyan nyo lang sya ng dahilan para lalong mag-improve. Ang bata pa ni Lyca, I'm sure mag iimprove pa sya. Two times po kasi to nangyari. Sa Davao at the Cebu. Nakikita lng tuloy ang weakness ng bata. Ang sakin lng sana d na nila inulit2 to.
