When you prepare a vacancy spreadsheet you may want to check that the 20 X 10 and 10 X 15 are not duplicated with different amounts
In that spread sheet those were Drive Up vs Climate Controlled but I see where you're coming from
I'd just let a good third party management company handle the rates. They have a huge advantage of efficient data and revenue management departments.
