I would think he starts as skinny form that has support cards and when he ults he becomes ultimate form with atk cards

This is bad thought process, bro. I'm almost positive that they'll keep releasing Meliodas units after DKM. Sure, we're closing 7DS chapter and yes he's the main character but there's nothing wrong with adding units after their "strongest" form. Does that mean no more new Merlins, Gowthers, Kings, Bans? Also, just think about how many variations of these mentioned characters above have seasonal units. How many seasonal units does Esca currently have at the moment?
