Obuasi Len clay has the best pitch in Ghana . Followed by KNUST Paa Joe park . Anyone who is into horticulture and has visited these two pitches can attest to the fact that. It’s almost up to hydride grass . I don’t know why the govt doesn’t consult the contractors of these pitches

That’s a brilliant analysis. I always maintain Kotoko is too political that common sense becomes a problem. The people who run this club should have seen this long time ago. This isn’t the first time this issue is happening. It has happened several times. 2006-2008 it happened, it happened consistently for two seasons, then it happened last season. I don’t know why we can’t seem to connect the dots. Baba Yara is NOT for Kotoko! It’s for Ghana. Every progressive CEO who has come our way however, who would have put up a stadium, the club fires. We wait to see what happens at the Kings project. With a good mentality, look at how the owners of Len Clay have maintained and kept it. For me, Abrankese has always been a big no but a lack of foresight will always bring us back to this place. The owners have consistently shown they don’t like progress but want to use the club just to entertain citizens and not generate income and jobs for Asanteman. We are in a modern world, if this crisis doesn’t wake the club up, we never go anywhere.
Obuasi is the best because there are lot of urban towns around the town, even Dunkwa people too will come

Sir Obed, Obuasi is better than Baba Yara for money generation. A lot of the money that will be realized at Baba Yara ends up in the pocket of NSA. Deductions and stealing.

Kotoko was even lucky they couldn't go into an agreement with NSA for using the baba Yara for this session. It would have been a waste of money and resources. It would have been shut down anyway. I think it's time they focus on obtaining another venue and also getting their own venue. It's a shame a big club like kotoko don't have their on stadium. They always pride themselves with past glories but can't even build a stadium. Even lesser clubs that have not been in the league for long are doing it. Kotoko should bow down their heads in shame.

I think Kotoko is not the only big club in Ghana that hasn’t their own stadium I think the person who is saying this is an opponent supporter and he should know that 1911 came before 1935, so if a 1911 club is not having its own stadium and nobody is saying anything then why Kotoko.
A wise saying.."this period is not the right time to ask Not ooo have its own stadium". Most big teams in Europe don't have their own stadium but their govt. in power make sure that their stadia are well prepared and are at a good standard. Ghanaians are afraid of calling spade a spade by blaming the leaders of their incompetence and the disgrace they've put our dear country Ghana in which is bad!! Kotoko is a team same as Hearts and if these two big teams gets their own stadia where and what will the NSA use these stadia for? Every weekend afternoon and evening jam or will demacate the field for various churches to have their programs every Sunday for them to have their income to operate the site? Let's be Frank, some people are suppose to vacate their positions asap and make accountabilities for the Nation from 6years ago up till date on all the renovations they've done but still in stage 1. Now Mali, Cote D'ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon etc are all ahead of us in terms of facilities. Check Alieu Mahama stadium at Tamale for the first time Caf afcon was played overthere, the condition of the field and now. All those NSA workers form top to down needs to be sacked together with the sports minister and the GFA President. We've been to the World cup on four consecutive times. All the monies we had has been disbursed roughly without even using some to build at least 2 standard stadia for our Country Ghana as monumental....shame on you people.
