What. This is what the world has been lacking? Her? A rave? Ridiculous. If you think the purpose of life is your own happiness...well, then, I guess we disagree. But what a vapid world view. Equal parts quackery and self-promotion. A guy that quits drugs, holds down a disagreeable job, and provides for his children is worth a hundred of these zany narcissists. Or how about the doctor that sacrificed years of pleasure to be able cut out your cancer or develop a new treatment And he probably can't even dance.
@@planefan082 What about bliss bash ?!?!? "...what are you doing tomorrow? . well I'll start with my Bliss Bash to get primed; then I'll go collect my joys and lessons all day long!" I'll look it up but I believe asking is quite often the shortest route... I love this so much!!!!!
People have actually been doing this for centuries it's how parties for milleniums and to some extent happening today especially in rural areas and villages, peope of the town, village whatever would spontaneously meet and start doing traditional dances with rythmic singing, clapping, stomping and dancing or recite poetry (completely sober)
Well everything at its core is energy vibrating at a certain frequency. So if you increase the vibration of the energy field in and around you're body, which is what all of those actions do, there will be an effect which flows the cause
She's a amazing woman with clearly amazing energy that's transparent in her vision of DayBreaker. I'd love to go. I'm in the UK, 45 and at a low point in my life. More power to spreading Joy!
Cheers! It looks like they do have a community in London (and of course one online as well) - hope you are able to go and have a blast! www.daybreaker.com/world/
She's wildly egotistical. Not sure how you got good energy from this spotlight. I was all about Daybrkr before I saw this video. I can no longer support this organization after seeing this. I wish this lost child the best on her recovery and healing journey but her energy is self-serving.
This is SUCH A good idea!! Most of the population doesn't do d*ugs and since raves have such a bad reputation and take place so late at night the majority of people never go. So a morning sober yoga/dance party would be absolutely fantastic! Please come to Kansas City! I would love to go!
@@freethink I want to go to a rave but due to safety concerns a fellow raver in my life has about overwhelm (bcoz of noise and other mitigating factors )she insisted I’d go to day raves to start out ( I live in Los Angeles ) please help me understand what day raves are all about before I think about coming to one , thank you in advance
You're wildly incorrect. Most of the population *does* do drugs. Alcohol, pharmaceuticals for depression, anxiety, PTSD. The vast majority of the population is absolutely medicated.
When she first announced her event I wanted to get involved right away! Bring closer to Philly than NYC wasn't advantageous. I'm still interested in getting involved if y'all need a super talent! The world needs more Clubs and Roller Skating rinks!!! #daybreaker
My internal clock won't allow me to wake up before 6 in the morning and be awake without drugs (caffeine) but I still think this idea is great. I don't like alcohol and hate being hungover after a good party but at the same time, I enjoy going to party's/large concerts every once in a while. So if they ever decide to do one at 9 am I would be there, probably virtually, unless it's close to where I live.
I really liked the idea of Day Brkr before I saw this video. I've been following them since 2019. But after seeing this spotlight, I can see she's so disingenuous. Her air of superiority and ego is palpable in this video. I hope she is doing well in her recovery and healing and I wish her best on her journey of self-discovery but I don't think I'll be attending an event in this lifetime. I was telling people about Day Brkr while in a residential treatment center but I will stop promoting them, as the energy coming from this woman is not what people need when they're healing from addictive behaviors. It's quite the opposite.
?? I didn’t feel any air of superiority or ego, etc …? I think sometimes we need to look within and heal ourselves of negative thinking… enviousness is the thrift of joy … blessings and best wishes for positive outlooks for your life 🙏🏼✌🏼❤️😇
Hmmm. No. It's not a Rave. It's all positive stuff, but if you're gonna compare it to a rave, I think most people will be disappointed. I could be wrong, but I think equating it to a rave is a strategic mistake. But please, keep on doing this! Good stuff.
Cool. So, uh, when do we reshape society to allow for the vast majority of people to even hope for something like this? People don't party at night out of preference; they do it because they have day jobs.
These are held in the early morning so people can go before work. They typically start around 6am and end around 9am (though of course people can leave early as needed).
I used to go to unwind after a long night of party! 1st go to Sunny Side Up Los Angeles in downtown LA for 12 hours then show up to the Los Angeles date breaker to sober up!!!
I 💓 YOGA! Some of that may be alil Too HIgh- ENergy Too Early for ME. And FYI Baby SharX of LI... It don't have to be 4:30am like A Navy 🦭, Just 1st Thing... Alil Time 4U... 1st Thing.
This video desperately needed to cover how Daybreaker breaks down their finances. If 80% of their profit comes from sponsors, why are people still paying almost $80 a ticket? How does this company scale? What is needed for every pop-up festival to function?
Ramen Profitable is a series sponsored and produced in collaboration with the Singleton Foundation (singeltonfoundation.org), a nonprofit who aims to "inspire entrepreneurship, and making financial competence fun, engaging and accessible to all." It's not sponsored by Daybreak.
I do not understand why people are so critical of things like this (good, clean fun - even if it's not everyone's thing) being advertised / promoted, but so content to see fast food advertised everywhere, even though it's killing populations in developed nations, to say nothing of the animal welfare/ethics concerns...
really you turned this into a 7 min add... no add needs to be 7 min. I could have enjoyed my shower with the music of my choice with a short add in between songs but Nooo some Nut job thought a 7 min add would be a great idea. if this add hits me again im so posting the link to all the troll discords i can find.
Looks like good, clean fun to me. It wouldn't be my kinda thing (I'm not one for crowds or mornings - much less crowds IN the morning 😂) but I don't think they're hurting anyone - and some might really benefit. Each to their own, I say. Don't like the idea, don't go. Easy.
Not to hate... but I think she grew a big head.... she thinks now that she's saving lives like a doctor or a nurse.... dude, you're just organizing parties in the morning!!
Would you try a morning sober rave?
Try??? I'm so in love with this , I just want to start immediately !!!

no way I am awake at that time. And if someone makes me, you can be shure I won't be happy.

She wears some nice hats for sure.
Thankfully for this organization, sincerity and authenticity are not requisites to success in business.
Yeah but who even wants to rave at 6 in the morning especially with the headache from the night before where rave belongs

"In the morning, when there energy is most full" That sentence offended me.
Even if it doesn't feel like it, it's technically true (for most)

I had to stop the video at "10 years of therapy in 3 hours". That is the most stupid thing I heard in a loooong time.
Did you try it though. Don't take life so serious bud. Sometimes you just need to loosen up and have some fun - without drugs.
Wouldn't take that too literally, it's more hyperbole than a peer-reviewed scientific claim :)
Why do Americans call their fairytale festivals raves?

This is what happens when people live in cities too long. So sad this is what culture has devolved to.
