It’s the funnest game I’ve played. Love no stamina, easy monsters, simple mechanics. Cute artwork. Oh and if you don’t get into bed by midnight little ghosts come & get you and tuck you in bed. It’s adorable.
I’ve been following this game for awhile and picked it up on sale last week and can’t wait to dive in! Hearing your amazing review (I trust you the most), I know I’m gonna love it and be completely addicted! Love your channel! 😊
Just FYI, there are some bugs on the Switch. I'm pretty far ahead in the game and there was a point in winter where the game clock was stuck at 6.30 AM. So no machine was processing. Closing the game completely helped fix this (in case anyone comes across this bug). The developer is also SUPER RESPONSIVE and acknowledged my Reddit comment about this. I'm having a good time so far. :)
Have you ever played Littlewood? It does have a friendship system, but you can literally hang out with them, as you go about your activities. There’s no gift giving in that one either. Although, they can get quite demanding in their home wishes, but that’s optional.
It HAS been a while - great to see a classic review! I played the Ova Magica demo this week and have been obsessed, but I might pick this up while I'm waiting for it. Apparently it's only out in Early Access, and I usually wait for full release, so I think I will have to see some reviews before I get that one - Everafter seems like a good meanwhile choice!
This one is on my wishlist. Right now I am playing "Fabledom," cute fairytale city-builder. Relaxing and charming. I hope they give us some DLC to add more buildings and maybe some scenarios. It's really cute though. You can tell the developers put a lot of heart into it.
This was on my want list but knowing about the lack of relationship is making it more appealing. I got moonstone islands at launch so was waiting for a steeper discount on this.
@ircha I like it so far but have only played a few in-game days. It's a combination of stardew Valley and pokemon with cards for the turn based battles. The farming seems almost unnecessary since you can forage pretty easily.
Im enjoying it for exactly the reasons named above. The farming is pretty negligible (and I don't really like farming too much). It's more about exploring, collecting, and battling. The card battle system is decently challenging. You can play three cards on any turn (unless you play a card that allows you to play an extra fourth card). You need to be somewhat strategic about using elemental advantages and having a good mix of attack and support cards with whatever three monsters you're travelling with. Personally I like the romanceable characters more than Stardew Valley (I just didn't get into that game when it came out and found it hard to get into after the fact). I like the colors and theme of this world more. You literally fly to different floating islands on a broomstick or a balloon or a glider. I also wish I waited to get it discounted on Switch but to he honest, I'm not mad to pay the developers full price because I'm having so much fun with it. Havent beaten it yet so I don't know how long it is or what the post game is like but for an average gamer (with average skills) I've put 20 hours in so far and still have a lot to go. @ircha
The developer is extremely responsive on Discord and Twitter; working really hard to knock bugs down quickly. It’s pretty slick already. I binged through it and wish I wasn’t done. 😊
My partner is playing this on Switch right now and is obsessed; she's loving it. It's on my Steam wishlist and I will definitely be playing it once I finish an ongoing farming sim (can only play so many at once!)
I loved the demo but I didn’t purchase because the glowing butterflies working on your machines at night freak me out. Wish there was a way to turn off the glowing fluttering at night bc it creeps me out when there’s a bunch moving at once lol
I like the relationship Idea, often times, I'm like, I don't want to establish a new relationship, but this seems really interesting. I would want to find out what the relationship is and the story behind it. Thank you for the review.
i love this game. i bought it on steam after playing the demo. i still feel, like i have no idea what to do but there are so many little funny things that keep me entertained.
I've been on the fence about this one but this review might have sold me on it. Game all looks great but what I'm the most excited about is the aquarium/museum.
Just a heads up there are known Switch bugs, it causes me to have my game crash in the mines. There is a patch out for Steam (patch 1.1) but it hasn’t been released yet for Switch.
This looks amazing 😍 I saw this on eShop but I wasn’t sure. When I seen this video makes me want to buy one! 🤩 Ive decided to buy this game ❤️Thank you for your Vlog Ircha! Xx
Looks great, I still have yet to play Stardew lol. I have it but I always give up before even starting as games with days/time and energy make me quit before I even give it chance because I just get anxious LOL and also I get taken out of the game if I am exploring then run out of energy and have to go home to sleep...Hmm. I really want to try games like these but I just get frustrated which is ironic because they are meant to be relaxing and chill and it just stresses me out haha. Like what happens if I miss something on a day, do I then have to wait until it next comes back maybe a year later in game? UGH that stresses me out lol. Just assuming this is how it works with stuff like that? Please correct me if wrong
No I totally understand what you mean! I feel the same way about missing out on a festival/event. In this game there's luckily NO STAMINA/ENERGY! 😁 👍 👍 So you can do as much as you want everyday.
I just started playing this game!!! So far it is good but I know that there is a "darker theme" and twists unlike your standard cozy games. The mechanics are fairly good but can be a bit confusing or you might forget how to do something if you put the game down to long lol. So far it is good though! I am actually really picky but this game is doing some twists that I simply couldn't overlook. I still have much to learn and do. Some loading times such as starting up the game and waking up for the next day can take some time but this is honestly not bad for me personally who has been through the gauntlet of games, performance, loading time and such. I would say this is worth getting currently for Switch but I simply must dive deeper myself because I have barely scratched the surface. I know it is going to be good as I keep going and the rating will inevitably go up.
I'm so sorry, but the thumbnail of this video has a fake/fan made cover. This game will however most likely come in physical much later, through like Limited Run or such, I very much assume.
You’ve got to come to Scandinavian countries. I do not mean to take away from Ircha’s beauty whatsoever because she is stunning. But if she is your type then I think you would enjoy your time here and most of us will be of your taste. Ircha will always be the top of the top though. 🖤

Just picked this up with Steam Summer Sale & really like it a lot! Thanks for review!
Sweet! Hope you like it!
It is not on sale though so i think you had some kind of release discount.
@@Bambeakz not on sale anymore but was until 4th I think. Some on my wishlist were shorter than 11th.

Not having to worry about friendship hearts and gifts would be great! That game mechanic kills it for me in most farm sims i play.

Awww the little animal sprites!!! Cute.
Ve been playing this and I love that it has so many accessibility opinions and lets you play on easy mode.
Great review, game looks quite fun. Definitely reminiscent of Stardew with some nice additions to mechanics.
Couldn't agree more! 😁
Looks fun. I might play this one.
Also a mirror for changing your appearance is being added. Great game.
Great review, the graphics totally grew on me too! Wasn't really a fan at first but now I love them. Incredible game, one of the best in the genre.

This game is a lot of fun. The Steam version is much better. The Switch version does not trigger achievements and is missing some animations.
Hi ircha, where did you get the physical version of this game?
I'm so sorry, it's a photoshop made cover just to fit the thumbnail theme I have going xD
May I ask how many hours you have so far in the game? Curious how many hours of gameplay I can get out of this gem. Thank you! Great video ❤
I'm about 25 hours in! And I've unlocked 2 out of 4 dungeon portals. ^^ Maybe the game is done around 30-45 hours, I'm guessing ^^

30-45 hours is pretty accurate, though I got 80 hours so far with trying to complete everything. Absurdly addictive game.
