Ok, last comment (hoping to hook up with cool Scrabble players, learn a bit, and, what's more, boost the video!😊) Jackson is going to win this game, he just seems, more on top; I've seen him play, perhaps... ...twice, maybe three times, I'm not sure And Josh about the same views, and on videos, recently That's my bet... Ok, back to the game...
I think there's a lot of confirmation bias at play here. It's hard to see that the choice of ANOXIAS was correct when you see what happened thereafter. I will eventually be posting an analysis of this game (and all my other championship games), and I'll try my best to explain to the audience why I am almost certain my positioning was correct.
I play Scrabble, but in French, and it's very interesting how different the playstyle is : I would never have played TUNNY for 18 to open an x9 row with the T (but I'm not quite sure how dangerous is the T, and what were the other options) We certainly have a lot to learn from English Scrabble in classical (that's how we call the 1v1 formula)
6:03 8H (D)EJEuNES, assuming CSW (annoyingly, i can't find that info anywhere) Edit: considering playing ANOXIAs at L8 wasn't considered at 13:05 i'm guessing NWL
Thanks for watching, and for your comment. I try not to hard core classify the games by lexicon, or really highlight it, because I want the channel to appeal to as many as possible. I have considered added a standard line in the description to identify the dictionary played with. In this case it was NWL 18 with a small twist for live streamed play. Let me ask though - how would you like the lexicon identified? do you think in the description is ok, or would you want it somewhere more prominent?

@@letsplayscrabbledotcom Description would certainly be better than nothing.

Ao is not valid bruv
AH and WO are, though!
