I do conventional strength training, but have to say that these exercises look like they would be extraordinarily beneficial for martial artists. Some look like they might be hard on joints and suited mainly for younger athletes, but that being said the routines appear very effective.
Excellent training and definitely challenging, but it looks more like modern extreme fitness (i.e. MMA, Crossfit, etc.) than a traditional Tibetan martial art.
The training lists shown in this video were very intense! I am enjoying watching it, One of the factor is because of the background music. Can I know what is the title of the music used in this video?
Absolutely impressive but some of these exercises are extremely dangerous and unnecessary. At 1:25 and 2:10, the risks of paralysis and death form head, thorax and neck (cervical spine, as well as windpipe) are very high. But wow what strength and agility and extraordinary focus and precision. Incredible.
Great stuff. You are pushing the envelope for a wide range of functional strength, power, and endurance as well as increasing proprioception. Quick critique, look at around 16 seconds and then again at 2:13. Your students need to keep their chin tucked into their shoulder rather than leaving it out to get hit. Other than that, awesome stuff to be sure.

These look like the exercises you’d do if you wanted to train to kill other humans with your bare hands and be physically superior to them

in 4:42 until 4:45 so hard
