Em’s flow on the chorus sounds like a chainsaw blade’s cadence while it is being used to cut…. Um, things. This song is yet another one of the gems on this album.

I hear Eminem playing over and over again in my head while I’m at work, too…but it’s way more weird, because I’m an ICU nurse. 😂 It’s just that I frequently listen to Em while exercising before work, or while driving into work (or while mowing my lawn…there is a specific line in “Those Kinda Nights” that I felt personally attacked by 🫣), so he’s almost always fresh on my brain. I’m just afraid that one of these days, I’ll start singing/rapping along out loud to the Em playing in my brain while my coworkers and patients wonder what’s wrong with me. 🤪

@@shadowwingstorm Eminem isn’t the first artist I think of when it comes to music therapy in the ICU setting, but maybe that really should be explored! He has made a ton of motivational/therapeutic music over the years (“Arose” immediately comes to thinking about it all in that sense…the song is even set in an ICU).

Little Engine is one of my Favs from this side, its just straight flex.
I think this is my most played song off this album. Initially for some reason I used to skip it but one day it just clicked - and since then it's become the most played track.

He made three (or... four? ) disstracks (with "help" from his battle-rappers!) and all of them were so whack that they basically dissed themselves. Not worth the effort of doing more than getting a little dig in here and there. If you want something to laugh about at a terrible day, watch them (or maybe just the videos "all things wrong with (name of the disstrack)". I always go back when I'm feeling down and get my smile-face back in order.
