Adam is the personification of "I'm a healer, but..." meme. He is a dps, that supports sometimes, but most of the time deletes supports instead. He is the mercy that got a rifle instead of a little puny glock.

Adam is such a good anti-burst healer..... but any kind of sustained pressure makes him crumble. Perfect in 3 strategist comps to cover for the backline, but needs someone who can heal Bot if in a 2 strategist composition.
Also Punch got the idea I wanted for an Adam Warcock buff, make his heals and bond instant. I would also advocate for ability reset on ultimate.

Your Luna at the end was the epitome of Strategist players. Not only did she double ult, she also forgot her ult can also damage boost....

I think the only thing they should give him if they do buff Adam is either refresh 1or2 healing charges or increase health granted on respawn. If they want a movement let him slowly float like when he's going ghost
