Considering the owner of the apartment went full-fledged AirBnB style, the cost for renovation is quite cheap. Always like the works done by the design team on the wall to further enhance the look of the unit.
May I know if the Rm37K is including the furniture and electrical fittings ?

I’ll never understand why Malaysian kitchens are too small.
Most likely due to the high property price, so in order to allow the product to be within affordable range, size will be kept minimum. Plus lifestyle of people are different, not everyone cooks. Of course you can also buy a larger sized apartment if you need, then it means this property is not suitable for you.
So that greedy developers can make another record profit. #basically
Might not be great, but with the cost of eating out most people (especially younger) would rather eat out

I worked in one of the JayaOne office before.. For male restroom, the urinal bowl is kind of open and direct facing to Ryan & Miho.... 🤣😂 (You will only know what I mean until you see it urself)

The kitchen will struggle to fit water filter and rice cooker, the two basic things most homes need.

How do you breakdown the 37k? Master 2k living room 4k? Aircond 4k..Kitchen cabinet not included..one room unfurnished. Seems like dont add up?
You still have the Dining, electrical appliances, project management fees, water heater, curtains, lightings, and etc.

Seems like there is no storeroom to keep the broom, mop, vacuum cleaner unless they put them at the backyard

this ryan and miho. there are a terms and condition that stated airbnb and rental less than 3 months are totally PROHIBITED. imagine when you booked and stay this unit and the management office come and kacau you.,....haha

The backyard is so small to even fit a normal size washing machine...

Houses getting smaller and smaller... Developers really maximise returns kaw kaw. Maybe buyers should put a foot down and stop buying houses smaller than 800sqft
@@keat-wong buyers buy to rent out or goreng. Mostly staying are renters.

Our team squeezed in a washing machine in that space. So I'm not too sure what's your 'normal' size hahaha=)
It might need a little more storage. This design could easily look cluttered in no time.
