I don’t know what you think of this comment, but I wanted to share it nonetheless: about 10 years ago, I was living in a toxic household and was extremely depressed and my thoughts were getting dark. However, every night after the rest of the household went to sleep, I would turn on my iPod and listen to this very video over and over and over again before I went to bed well I hoped for a way to get out of that situation. It's the kind of thing that gives me ASMR in real life but there just aren't a lot of videos like that. Also, I'm obsessed with the idea of building a "really lovely basket for her for $50." I really would like if you did a follow-up video and finish putting the basket together.

Asmr is not anything u " do right " ! It's a stimulation brought on n our brains by environ. Stimuli. The hippocampus n autonomic nervous system determine who is able to receive asmr trigger ( yay us and thank u for sharing wonderful quality content ;)! Is no worry for " are u doing it right ", ok? U just be the gift u are n let asmr decide who get tingles or trigger lol. Some ppl ACT OUT or intentionally try n make NOISES N SOUNDS that r associated w POSSIBLE asmr trigger but doesn't mean that JUSTT bc someone make noise BOOM. Thats asmr lol. Like how anyone can pick up camera n whisper or smack or make sounds w mouth. Or speak n soft tone. Doesn't make it asmr JUST bc they do this. Asmr is from that wonderful amazing quality that our brain find pleasing JUSTTT bc of ppl like u who happen to trigger it. Our brain says ok this persons mannerisms n qualities r stimulating n pleasant n thats it. So even if u not triggering 100% of ppl , no worries bc u are triggering some n thats wonderful. Pls do not worry as to are u doing things certain way bc asmr is subjective to ones brain. Anyone who think it's only this acting out of noises n sounds intentionally ,,, well they may have accurate, the whole idea that those sounds OFTEN CANNNN TRIGGER but not alwuas do they JUSTTT bc someone make them. Like for ex. You have ability to trigger my asmr bc of your own authentic qualities. Mannerisms n your voice etc. But someone else can try n act out certain sounds n they can mimic ev possible trigger able sound associated w asmr but doesn't mean they will get samw response. One person can make for instance , smacking sounds or speak n certain tone n they'll trigger n another can make same sounds n get on ppls nerves. It's just how it is. As a neurologist , studying brain function and the nervous system n functioning of both , I know first hand how asmr correlates to various aspects of our Brain as well as chem. Released which can effect how environ. Stimuli is perceived etc. And often I find myself reading or seeing vids where for asmr ( which is intentionally derived most of the time w videos , as opposed to real life asmr occurring when ppl have no idea they even making someone have asmr experience ) I often see where ppl are misled to think asmr as a whole is supposed to be something that can be achieved via intentional purpose , acted out etc n for me , just in my honest opinion I feel like more n more ppl have this idea that asmr is more about just certain noises or vol. Levels n they leave out the real life factor n natural environ. Response n idk. Just don't say am I doing it right. It's subjective. The ONLYYY right way is the authentic way of being yourself n not worrying about it. Rem. N life when u get sensation from someone's qualities naturally ? N how they not trying to trigger anyone but they still accomplish it ?? It's not just that when ANYONE tries to speak certain way that they automatically trigger ppl etc. Some can n others can't. It's just how it goes '. It's not that ev one who speaks using soft tone or making certain noises etc. Will have positive effect. Asmr has pos. And neg. Effect believe it or not. Due to brain determining various sounds n qualities as pleasant or neg. Even annoying lol. Just like nails on chalkboard can stress ppl out ? This is caused by segment of brain responsible for sound being deemed good or bad. No one has control over it. It just normal part of brain function lol but YOUUUU do exhibit great triggerable quality n your mannerisms n voice. I only wld hope u just see that and be ok just being YOU. NOT worrying over are u doing things certain way ok ? This vid I feel like u were holding back trying to obtain or maintain certain volume levels or paying atten. To making sounds n even talking at slower tempo. I felt that in your video and wld like to feel just how u flow naturally not thinking about or over thinking bc it takes away from the amazing quality u have!! Only bc I notice it n not at alllll are U wrong or bad or whatev lol. I just notice things like that &they stick out to me n I very sensitive to that. But I love to hear your qualities n hope u continue to do more n wish u much success w your channel. Just be you. Own it. It wasn't until another subscriber pointed out that I was only showing 60 pans that the little dim light in the brain fog went on! LOL I have since been using the bottom tray, and happily so since the come of spring/summer!!
MrsRaquelPerez I was about to ask you why the pallet says "120" if there's just 60 (6x10)... I was confused, maybe it was something about makeup that I don't know as I don't use too much xD
This has been one of my fave ASMR vids since I discovered it six months ago. I would love for you to do more soft spoken vids like this. I'm not sure what it is about this vid that's different than your other ones-your distance to the mic or your perfect tone of voice that's not too whispery?-but it sets off my tingles something fierce! (BTW, have you tried BH foundations?)

I have it with unintentional mouth sounds too, Michael. My boss is the opposite. It's like nails on the chalk board for her. It's funny to me what triggers pleasantness in our brains compared to others.
I like them especially for everyday. I always get compliments on my makeup. It depends on how you apply. But luckily for you and me, there are plenty of cosmetic companies out there. If we don't like a brand, we can easily move to the next company. :o)

I get the tickle head often from the way someone says okay like you do in the video. I wonder if it occurs often when the speaker has wet and sticky lips either as they speak or when they try to moisten their mouth and lips by slightly licking their lips.
