Yay so pleased my question was here about 3 happy things this year!! So to answer as well… 1. Had the best day in London with my son in the summer (wasn’t sure if he would like it, but he did) 2. I’ve recently come out of a reading slump, it’s made me happy because I always notice that I sleep better reading before bed, and it takes my mind off things too. 3. I’ve leaned into hobbies more/special interests. I’m no longer ashamed as an autistic person about what I love. I’m happier and my interests are for me!! Thanks for answering and so pleased people are also thinking of this!!
The 3 things that made me happiest this year: finding a new job (that I start on 2nd of Jan), making more time for being present with and enjoying my 3 YO son and new neighbours that turn out to be possible new friends ❤ So glad to hear that you have been healing your relationship with food Jess, that is beautiful 😘
My three things: 1 Going on a road trip of New England with my best friend in the world, 30 years after our first one! 2 Re-training in massage and Indian Head Massage and starting a new business with the same friend at 50. 3 Discovering Sharon Blackie’s Hagitude! The most amazing book I’ve read in a very long time - re-Imagining the second half of life after the menopause. People do not realise what a life altering experience it is. Physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel Iike a totally different person than I was just a few years ago. Like my life was taken apart and put back together and though I felt broken for a while there, I feel I’m coming out the other side a stronger, more individual and self assured person. 💪
My three things were: 1) All the care I received from my loved ones when I got sick. 2) Rediscovering myself. 3) Reuniting with my cat after a year of being away!
I just found your channel and am going through them. My 3 favourite things are I recently moved into a cozy little apartment by myself, after a horrible year and a half after my husband passed away. Moving closer to my adult children, and my lovely dog, he has been my companion and the reason when I didn't feel like getting up and facing the day, he still had to be walked and fed.
awh welcome! so glad you're here. I'm so sorry to hear about your husband. I'm glad you sound as though things are moving forwards for the better for you
@JessicaRoseWilliams I encourage you to lean into the journey of falling in love with food, and how Paris is spearheading that. I know you are already working on a book, but I think a book about your Paris food journey would be incredible. So many of us have complicated relationships with food. ❤️
I am so pleased to hear that you're going to be taking cooking classes! That sounds like it could be such a healing and nourishing thing to do. My 3 things from this year: 1. Taking a romantic trip to Quebec City with my husband for our anniversary, 2. Celebrating my femininity and style, and thinking of it as an asset rather than something to suppress. Enjoying dresses, feminine details in my clothing, pretty lingerie, embracing my curves and body shape, etc. 3. Finding a spiritual community/church in my town and making connections there.
3 Happy Things-- spending time at a peaceful river near my house, my kids growing older and building relationships with them in a different way, and noticing that a tiny screech owl is residing in one of our bird boxes. Thanks for this vlog and your honesty, it's always refreshing.
My 3 Things: 1. Meeting my new kitten for the first time. He's such a sweetheart & I love him to bits. 2. Getting my artwork into 2 brick & mortar stores in my area. 3. Making a new friend.
The three things that made me happiest this year were: 1. Visiting Cannon Beach in Oregon for the first time. It is the most beautiful place I’ve seen thus far and it caught me by complete surprise. I almost didn’t go but I’m glad I did. 2. Visiting friends in Washington State for my birthday. I felt very loved and celebrated by them. 3. Love in general. I realized that there are some people who will dislike you for no particular reason and be unkind to you, but there are also people that are a part of your tribe and will love you no matter what. I’ve grown to embrace those people and embrace the love that I have in my life.
My 3 things: 1. Starting a new job that just feels like such a perfect fit 2. One very special day swimming in the sea right after we moved to New Zealand from Canada in Jan 3. Watching the pohutukawas bloom as we creep towards summer here ❤ Thank you for the Christmas prompts a couple days ago, the reminder to stay present with alllll the feelings has been very helpful and grounding for me ❤
Not sure i have 3 favourite things but no1 is definitely our family trip to Paris this past summer! An incredible experience! And I agree with you on the gifts subject. Thinking strongly on starting some therapy over the new year because yes, problems get worse if you throw them under the mat…Love your daily dose of beauty for the eye the mind and the soul! Thank you 🙏
Thank you, Jessica, and the folks who asked questions! My three things: doing the Monster inflatable course with old and new friends for my 50th, walking in the woods (in general) and also a special tree canopy walk, hearing my 10-year old nephew sing the full Riptide song beautifully!
3 things that made me the happiest this year: spending time with my mum, appreciating my home, enjoying my work. Please do morning and evening routines if poss xx
Three happy things: 1. Harvesting in my first urban garden in my balcony. 2. Deep Conversations with my mom about life and death. 3. Working on my first cross stitch.
Great video ❤ listed for me by the UA-cam algorithm - new subscriber mainly because of all those lovely comments! So many kind people over here I am blown away ❤ this speaks volumes about the quality of your content 🎄❤
Bonjour de Montréal. I just adore your vlogs. Thanks to you! you made me feel differently about Christmas times. I loved your Christmas vlog two years ago and the one you did last year. This year is great as well. I truly admire you. You once did a morning routine and I liked it. I would love for you to do another morning routine and an evening routine. I would like to know also how your dating life is doing. Sorry if my english is not great since I am french-speaking. I wish you all the best!
I have a very simple skin and hair routine along the lines of what you mention. I go scent-free where possible, and while I’d like a perfume, I don’t have any and never know where to begin for a high quality one… so I ordered a sample of the tea noir 29, and very excited!! I love bergamot, and trust if you like it, I’ll probably like it too!! Will let you know! 😊
Quick update to let you know my sample came in and I absolutely love this perfume! It’s such a beautiful combination of scents and grows on me more each time I wear it. Will be ordering a bottle. Thank you!
My 3 things - 1st Grandbaby on the way - due 12/11, trip to Paris, meeting 3 of the 4 people in Paris that I follow on UA-cam or Instagram. Sadly, Jessica wasn't available when I was there. I definitely want to go back.
Hey Jessica, I lived in a beautiful village in France for 4 months called Cordes sur ciel in 2017. You must visit if you’re exploring France. It’s hands down the most breathtaking place I’ve ever been to.
My Happiest is when I took your Creative Writing class and was able to be brave and write. Next, seeing my daughter coach the boys varsity soccer team! Next is being a soccer Grandma! Jessica it would be wonderful if you would lead another writing class. I was actually thinking about that and so grateful someone asked that question! ❤️💕
My 3 things are finding and moving into our new apartment (where we can actually stay as long as we want). Slowly building a small YT community. And the last was my trip to Paris with my partner, we had the best time 😊 Oh and I would love a morning routine video 😃
I'm so glad you said Le Labo was ridiculously expensive 😂 It's insanely pricey down here in South Africa, so it's nice to know it's not just us - that it's also wild for someone spending pounds or euros.
You want to visit South Africa! I live in SA- its a beautiful but challenging country. I'd be happy to share my experience if that would make your trip safe and rewarding x
I adore your hair, except it’s always on your face or in front of your eyes, & I want to push it back giggles💗when im watching the videos, i do love your style though !!
Hi Jess, you should have look at Dr Louise Newson. She is a menopause specialist but also has a lot of knowledge and interest around menstruation too. She has books and podcasts. She did one talking to her eldest daughter about menstruation. Good luck 🌿
I have veen try to finx a girl a wife .i have all i need i have moneg to homed 12unites andto hindred aker farm and all j wonf is a good wife tryinv bow for over 9year

I had my nose reshaped in my late 20s and have never regretted it but i look back on photos of myself and would now embrace my face more lovingly.
