Honestly after watching u for many years now everytime u post a video i feel so excited just because i always love just seeing you vlog just ur normal life even if its boring which it isnt u are a normal person living a normal life doing normal things. Even with just showing your day and what you do even if its going to the gym, going shopping, with ur family, trips, friends literally regardless of what’s going on. I’m currently down 40lbs just from not eating at night I’m trying to get in the gym now that my body is ready to put on muscle I’m not knowledgeable on healthy foods or what to and not to eat your older vids helped me to get an idea on what to eat.
I can’t speak for all but I’m new to this dieting and gym thing. Your daily content and showing what you eat will help out tremendously.

Love your videos, I really am good with nutrition, (Became a Certified Nutrition Coach) but the fitness I'm learning constantly as i really don't know much, your workout videos are inspiring so def if you could record more of your gym workouts (if you can), def will help beginners.

Lance and Julia it’s always a great time watching you do you your daily routine/s.. keep up your fitness journey.. your grind is insane! 💪its crazy how built you’ve got!! Hard work pays off !! Btw tell Julia to buy raw ginger root.. clean it up(cut all the “skin” off) and just slice up thin slices and eat it like that .. way better to get used to it instead of drinking that yucky “juice”.. that’s how my wife and I got used to it and now we eat it everyday.. great way to reduce inflammation in your body!!
Loved this video, at one point in the video I thought lance was talking directly to me which was kind of a wake up call. One of the main reasons I watch you lance it’s cause I can relate to you and with a lot of things you say and do so keep it up and your life is mainly to do with dieting and fitness currently so it kinda makes sense for your content to be related to that which I personally find really insightful and to hopefully try to replicate building muscle from a skinny frame which I’ve been struggling with but with the right supplements I hope to get better as well but all in all thanks for the video and hopefully you’re able to keep up the grind even if it is short format videos.

I would like to tell ya on my days what I do on my days since you made this video.
Every days on my weekends I woke up like around 7:20 7:30 or 8:00 I get up brush my hair, go to the kitchen and have my coffee watching some videos on IG. Stretching my body a bit going out for some morning walking or go out jogging around the city, come home eat breakfast take my shower. Get dressed and chill on my free time,
I recently like to read quotes on social media about life.
And reading my books, watching anime playing some video games.
And most of lunch and dinner I order food from my phone and shit.
But my parents cooking are totally special whenever they make for a special day I sat down with them
For a delicious meal.
And one thing I love doing for my time is go shopping at the mall to see what’s new in the place
Everyday is going so good for me so far and I’m about to turn 29 next month and my half of my life this year is just gonna be so positive if I just keep it real everyday and whenever on my bad days I just go someplace alone and just listen to music, take naps, go for a little walk.

I've still learn a lot each time I watch your videos. Before I start summer break, most of my day is always wake, go to college classes. Try learning what my instructor is teaching. Go home after I finished all classes. Take a quick nap. Get some school work done. Take care of quizzes. Study for exams when I need too. Eat dinner. Do more school work. Take a shower. Then go to sleep. I don't know what it sound like to others, but it my daily routine. It college life. Summer and winter break is different.
