It's been like this for years. Believe it or not, it was worse in the past. I remember you wouldn't even want to drive around DTLA at night a couple decades ago. Unfortunately, its just become normalized at this point. So to answer your question, yes, it is normal.
Is there way California could help me with my donation that's if u wanna help if not I understand los Angeles but I need this come back early I can't stay here any longer in try for second time so if u could let me walk in get that money help my court date so I won't stay on red numbers💕👍🏾😔💯

Do the residents of Los Angeles think that it's normal to have a drug infested skid row that stretches for blocks around downtown?
i doubt most regular people even go there so they dont really care
