no it doesn't, that's asinine. A good trailer gives you some understanding and a hook to see the movie without giving away the plot but if you don't get what's going on at all then the trailer was ineffective.

If the FBI would have placed her under arrest she could have asked for a lawyer immediately. Since they didn’t if she kept silent they maybe could have charged her with obstruction of justice? The FBI played it masterfully. A great movie and I’m still thinking about it days after watching.

In the movie, I thought the FBI was a little creepy. I would have called the police, asked for a lawyer, yell for a neighbor.
You can invoke your rights at any time. You do not need to have your miranda rights read to you in order to use them. She didn't have to talk to them.
Sydney Sweeney's performance is excellent and the film is worth seeing if you are interested in this case.
