  • On January 11, 2013, retired US Army General Stanley McChrystal, former commander of the International Security Assistance Force and US Forces in Afghanistan, spoke candidly about lessons in leadership to more than 200 students and alumni in the TRIUM Global Executive MBA Program (www.triumemba.org/), an alliance among NYU Stern, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC School of Management in Paris.

    Actually, the army is one of the most strict dicipline place either for the bahaviors, diciplines, patriotism and loyalty as the principles to our country - America as well as the brave hearts for America and the leaderships all together. I like to listen to his leadership experiences as the four star Generals as well as the Gen. Mattis' ...etc many others. Because if we listen more, we'll be able to learn more from the leaderships for our own diciplines to be a better citizens.

    I wonder if General MCChrystal knows that from what I have learned of the Arabic language there is no equivalent for mediator in Arabic? The closest word equivalent is a word that describes a "meddler"?
