    As someone who has had the opportunity to have met you before, this challenge lights everything in my life. I might not be the most vocal person (1. Because I am a true introvert but also 2. I have a crazy busy schedule). Angie, the power and the impact you have in every single human you touch (even virtually) is beyond comprehension. Keep shining and spreading that light you have. You have no idea how many lives you continue to positively impact every single day ❤.

    This was a helpful reminder. I am very good at making lists (routines, to-do’s, etc), good at reviewing them, but then also very good at beating myself up for the ones I missed/forgot. This series has been a great reminder to be kind to myself, and today was a good reminder that maybe something just needs a tweak. I’m going to work on reprogramming myself so my first reaction is, “how can I tweak my list so I have better success” instead.

    I’ve been playing catch-up with videos but I spent the whole weekend cleaning my house, assessing my dreams, and figuring out what I want in life and I am ready!
    The video on labels and letting go was so powerful for me. I realized not only was I holding onto labels others gave me, but the ones holding me back the most were labels I put ON MYSELF! I am ready to let them go and see my life transform 💛✨

    The label day was so amazing and rewarding by the end of it. Yes I cried. I have always struggled thinking im a loser and a low life. Because I was an addict, and I’m now 9 years clean.. (but was labeled as this for so so so long). why I’ve carried that around for so long, I’m not 100% sure. But today and that day I let it go, and it was such a weight taken off my shoulders. I was afraid to share this, that day. But not anymore! So thank you Angie I really needed this entire process RN. And I’m starting the blueprint tonight! I’m ready to be the best version of myself!

    Getting dressed in the morning is my first domino, it is my king pin! I work from home and when I don't get dressed, nothing happens. Putting a big focus on that and that starts by laying out my clothes the night before. Bonus if they are workout clothes!

    I have started doing Monthly tracking about 2 years ago…. This is a good reminder to keeping doing a weekly review to be able to do those small shifts.

    Shift I am going to make this week is prepping 3 water bottles/cups by the dispenser so I can make sure I have gone through them all for the day till I am back in a good habit of getting my water in.
    I had a big breakthrough on the day I let go of my labels but also when you spoke about getting rid of the distractions. Last night I kept grabbing my phone mid project and in my head would say “nope Angie said get rid of the distractions” it has been a big step foreword for me with not grabbing my phone every time I want to escape what I need to do to better my life.

    Today I had a really bad day, but knowing I can watch today’s video and have some me time to journal in the evening made it bearable ❤
    I’ll try to not put so much on my plate next week/this week ( it’s monday evening) 😅

    What’s working is up earlier, always drinking plenty of water , exercising & writing down my dream book it is helping me so much going forward. I’ve been wanting to start you tube channel & I think I’m all most there just need to push more bc I know it’s going to take me to other things even better I feel!🎉🎉

      Yes, that’s what I’ve heard that the first video not perfect. I’ve seen a lot of Angie’s videos when she started. And yes, I have been practicing so now I’ve just been saying I’m going to cause I can’t back down this time. I won’t let that happen… thank you for the inspiration I appreciate it!!

    What’s working for me-
    Basically everything on the glow up challenge website minus lean body workout and meditation
    What hasn’t worked for me and the shifts-
    1) 20 minutes of working out because it’s been so cold here outside so maybe instead of doing a workout outside for my movement I should do on my peloton inside for 20 minutes .
    2)instead of doing forgetting completely about the doing a meditation 🧘‍♀️ everyday I can always make meditation apart of my daily morning routine something I do while drinking coffee ☕️

    Daily wake up at 7 dropped workout maybe wake up 10 min earlier to get it done.

    Going to make a much bigger effort to meditate. That’s one area of the glow up I’m falling short on because it involves actually making the time to do it and be by yourself in the quiet which is hard to find in a house of 6 ppl lol

    Whats working:
    1) A Cuppie helps me drink water!! I went from none to 3 cups full a day
    2) Consistency with my skincare is sooo worth it. With baby steps, Im building my routine and prioritizing myself
    Shifts:
    1) Wake up earlier cause I looooove my me-time and easing into the day
    2) Tuck my phone into bed - everywhere. I'm going to pretend it has a cute little imaginary bed at my desk, at my house, out with friends. Tuck it away and only go to it intentionally
    AHA Moments:
    1) Letting go of labels that dont serve me (its hard but will melt with repetition); Claiming the ones that do as my superpower
    2) VISUALIZING in the letters and Big Goals - like trips & experiences
    3) My 👏 time 👏 is 👏 important 👏 because I am worth it ❤
    - I jump at EVERY notification and EVERY email to "get someone what they need" immediately. They can wait. What I was doing - even if its just watching a video or walking with my own thoughts - is important. I need to put my self first to strengthen my belief in myself, confidence and self-esteem
    Lets go girls 💪

    I always try to reflect on my accomplishments so to find ways to grow yet equally try to remain honest with myself. How I do this is keeping an art journal and within that art journal, I will every so often use positive phrases. I also like to employ certain metrics as well in similar ways to your own way of keeping track of your day-to-day activities. From this, if nothing else and with reference to finding ways to grow it's enhancing my values which includes respecting myself and others and consistently reinforce this through positive mindfulness and self-talk; What remains to be difficult for me at times is meeting my goals and asking for help. This is a real BIGGY for me as I am "Miss independent" ( yet another label) and find that NOT asking for help has always been my kryptonite Thank you Angie for reminding me this is why I do what I do - I cannot truly express to you how grateful I am for being part of this 💓

    I just really need to develop this habit. I’ve tried to do things like this before but it never went very well. I think I need a better system and investment into it.

    I realize I need to get up earlier. I am not a morning person but getting up 50 mins earlier will help me out a lot with time management. Also, Filling up my cups in the morning with water and lemon and placing it RIGHT beside me should help as well. 👻🖤
