This is one of my favourite tangos I’ve seen on strictly, Kimberley and Pasha both look amazing in the tango! At the end of a tango that Pasha has danced with his celebrity partner each year, I love the way he remains in character until out of the ending position, like in this dance, Kimberley is on the floor when the dance finishes, Kimberley smiles but Pasha remains serious until he lets Kimberley out of the ending position, this comment does sound rather odd but I tell you Pasha’s tangos are amazing!!!
My favourite ever Strictly Tango! Fantastic choreography and storytelling, Kimberley's frame shown off to best effect... oh, that back, that neck...!
Pasha is a great dancer and choreographer - one of Strictly's top assets
He may be a good choreographer and Kimberley Walsh "I love her very much" but all Anglophone choreographers have a very wrong idea of: tango, Paso Doble, Salsa, etc ... Of course I would like to have Girls Aloud at Kimberley

They should have won, not louis. His showdance was not that good.

Amyyy63 but she wasnt flawless every week...nobody is. Alesha Dixon came the closest to that and she scandalously never even got a 40!!

Not a 40. Her head position wasn't correct and her grip needed to be tighter. Wonderful routine and music though.
But where is the firey passion?
In the end I couldn't decide between Louis and Kimberley. But Kimberley is the one I want to go back an watch...so that must mean she was my favorite this series.
Kinda does make me wonder what a girl has to do to win?? For me she was the most engaging performer. Little bit sorry she didn't win. even though I liked Louis too.
WOW! This had everything a Tango should have-great choreography,brilliant storytelling, passion, anger, sharp movement, chemistry! Just HOT, HOT, HOT!

Best tango of 2012, no question, sorry Denise and James but you can't beat this
Really seriously great routine. Kimberley was on it from Dance 1 and both her and Denise would have won virtually every other series of SCD. I think whoever lit this series as well did a first rate job.

I think this is the ONLY Tango on Strictly that actually oozed passion in the true sense of the word?
Most of the tangos I have seen are people having serious expressions on their faces with a lot of staccato...but zero passion.
If rumba is the dance of love, tango is the dance of sin. Unfortunately, most tangos don't seem to convey it.
Please not I am referring to the ballroom tango NOT the Argentine tango.
Listening to this I was thinking I might be watching DWTS too much because I can picture a sick tango, so searched to see if anybody did then I find this.... Really?? This was shit! The choreo did not do the song justice, at all!

carla juana So tell us what constitutes a good Tango for you? This is one of the few I've seen I was really impressed with. Taut frame, clean footwork, staccato action, great timing and actually danced almost entirely in hold. A rare sight.
