- The New LEGO Iron Man Figure is actually pretty good! Marvel's infinity saga still has work to do to become one of the best themes but this doesn't derail anything in my opinion!

I definitely wanna see you do an upgrade on this set. Whether people like the set or hate it, seeing a modification seems like a really cool project because... well, it certainly has room for improvement.

As much as I dislike this set, you gotta admire the creativity with this. This is a new thing for Lego Marvel, let’s just hope this doesn’t start off another Star Wars Buildable figure phase, with some flying off the shelves and others being left in the dust months after the retirement.
Also, yeah. If an Iron Man minifigure was thrown in then I’d probably get it. I’m a sucker for minifigures, so it would probably make me get it. If Ant Man comes out with one (and a minifigure included), which I could see happening if this performs well, I wouldn’t need to think twice.
The Darth Vader one was rarely in stock, and I was over joyed when I got to build it
i was already pretty sure i was gonna buy this set, but now im 100% sure im gonna get it. the arms being too low feels like a pretty easy problem to fix and id love to take a stab at it
At certain angles it looks fine but at some it looks like Iron Deficiency Man

Not a big fan of this set, it’s proportions just look off. There should have been some mini figs.
I actually liked the ccbs system, it was a simple Lego system and I was an to make huge characters without the need of tons of sets
This set does have many flaws, but I love it! I purchased it to support more of these buildable Marvel figures! An Ant-Man and Hulk would be awesome!

Love the pose stance, and from that I would be interested for the moc should you do one. Then I might buy it.
I like it tbh, some people go too hard on some sets, especially when it’s unique to what Lego usually makes.

Making a brick built head that’s basically 2 studs wide and having it look good it a tall order. This is more like an MOC than a typical Lego set. I can’t remember any fully brick built characters at this scale before this set. I’d love to see more of them but if this doesn’t sell well that probably won’t happen😕
I would love to see you improve this set, mainly the arm placement. I don't mind the torso's cartoony proportions, but that arm placement needs to be fixed.

I think this set is good, but I would love to see you try and update the torso
I feel like they made this to go into the hulkbuster because it the age of ultron suit and the hulkbuster is either infinity war or AOU

Most marvel action figures are used to be posed and then displayed as collectors items so I think plaque works
If they were to add blue pieces at the bottom of the feet to pose it in air like it is flying it would be awesome and they could also do more. They could do all the 6 avengers they could cap one foot on a rock with its shield and Thor with his hammer in the air. I think if they were to do this for the 10 year anniversary instead of gold figures or something this would be cool because you could pose them all together like we hen it showed the, together in Avengers.
I don't really see this set, or other potential ones like it, as being a replacement for CCBS style buildable action figures.
The later CCBS sets were already getting too expensive to compete with standard action figures, and those were generally around 20-25 dollars.
This set is twice the price of those star wars figures while also being around the same size.
Judging by the inclusion of the plaque, this set seems to be intended as more of a display piece than a toy.
If LEGO wants to return to making figures that have the potential to compete in the action figure market, they need to aim for a smaller size and lower price range.
The marvel mechsuits come pretty close apart from the fact that they're minifig-piloted mechs instead of standalone characters.
I'd say buying another to upgrade, and having the original to kinda just... Compare
Add a tire to the neck and boom! No more ugly neck, although it wouldn’t be the best fix for lots of reasons, like it’s the wrong colour, or less movement I’m guessing, I could work
I managed to get my hands on the infinity gauntlet and I’m still in the progress of building it.

What if Lego made this set and branded it as the mark 43 so that they can have it tie in with the upcoming hulkbuster and possibly have this figure be able to fit in it.
I had to youse my own mini figure iron man I wish it actually came with a mini figure iron man but to me it looks cool
I think the shoulder joints should be higher and the knee joints could have been integrated better.

While it does look too thin, i think its a pretty solid set
I could see this as a better way to get a cheaper version of a hot toys action figure, like a knock off, but still good

Proportions? No! The most glaring problem is the SHAPE of the head. Made the issue worse as it's MOLDED so why couldn't they make it accurate? Is this Iron Man or Totem Man?

While I do like how wonky the proportions are, I feel that $40 isn't worth it. I feel $30 or $25 would be a better price.

I didn’t like the end result of the set, but I admire Lego’s effort. I wouldn’t mind if they made more sets in this action figure style. Imagine if we got Star Wars characters like Darth Vader, Boba Fett, General Grievous, etc in this style. It’d be way better than the Buildable figures they made back in 2015-2018
I think this is a great set, specially if you manage to mod it and make it look a bit better
