    Good business idea, and it is a good move towards the right firection. But my problem is the percentage of the investment. I think the rate should be fixed but not vary. That is to say, 10%, 20% or 30% but not to be a range, e.g. between 5% to 30%. In this case, there will be a misunderstanding in profit sharing.

      It is not possible to be certain about the returns because some crops may die. Hence the variation on returns.
