Same process just use the (Rune Color Essence) until you get the colors you want. Hope this help!

You can roll the right colors on a rune that has that color favored (red for reds, green for greens, etc), and THEN transfer it to the desired final rune.

go to Mystic, select enhance, put the piece you want to lvl up, and lvl it up with the old one. NOTE: Only same color runes will transfer the exact current lvl. different color runes will give you less XP.

It seems they cut the part where u dissasemble runes.. only weapons allowed now.

u cant just transfer lvl to your new skill ruen...it will also transfer the link also...your 6 slot link will become 4 link after transfer

Well, what can I say, zero-video, it’s random. You can get 5-6 slot from 5 attempt or from 505. All we have 200 + mats for trying? No..
so its more easy to get 5 to 6 slots if you 4 slot it first cause it will randomize it there. interesting!
