- President Reagan gave his third State of the Union Address and his fourth speech to a joint session of the United States Congress. The House speaker, Tip O'Neill, presided over this joint session, accompanied by the vice president George H. W. Bush.

The part at about 19 minutes when they all start laughing, what exactly were they laughing about at what he said?
first he believe in America true meaning . Freedom to the people over government control. Because most people have the ability to solve their own ploblems better than someone else. once this is our first choice as a people then most ploblem will be solved and people will find true happiness

What I would give to hear this kind of speech from the President. Instead, we get NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE. POOR ME. POOR ME. THEY OWE YOU, THEY OWE ME. American apologizing for itself internationally, and becoming a bigger joke to the ever increasing Islamo Fascists. Our current President is marching straight off the financial cliff. The best the GOP comes up with is Mitt Romney???!? Well, sadly, I will take it, and gladly.
