I love how you kept the original colour scheme for the uniforms of the first season of LiS. You.do great.credit to the work.of the original cast and crew with your 3D work. It must be even harder when you have to make your own 3D props. Well done Phil.
Wish Upon A Star: this ship (minus the ball) can be seen ever so briefly lying sideways in one quick shot of the wreckage of the alien spaceship when Will and Smith first approach. Great animations! Heard about this guy animations (and that piece of LIS trivia above) on the most excellent LIS podcast Alpha Control - a Lost in Space podcast. Check it out!
Excellent animation and synchronization of the original series episode! The two aliens didn’t get any billing either back then or now…would have been nice.
This was excellent! I was about six years old when I saw this episode first broadcast, and to this day I think the Luminaries' ship is one of the most unique designs I've ever seen on a TV show. (I wonder if the designers took inspiration from The Doctor's TARDIS - at least insofar as the ship's capabilities were concerned.) Speaking of DW, I'd like to see a version of this where the those two, smug mouthless talking heads had a run-in with The Doctor (the First Doctor,) or even with the Squire of Gothos or Q. (I also wonder what would happen if an IDAK Omega-17 had a run-in with a T-800 Terminator, or an IG-88 . . . ?) Thanks for all your hard work keeping Classic LiS alive and well!
This was a quintessential episode originally. You have created an excellent distillation of it. The animation in all of your projects is detailed and colorful...just like Irwin would like. Thank you!
These early episodes were gold. I loved the abstract alien vessel & aliens. Not sure what angles, velocities have to do with dimensional travel but... amazing work!
I was looking for a clip of B9 vs Robby, and I found your animations. Stupendous work. How many hours of work would you estimate it took for you to produce this episode?
this was originally the lead in to the oasis after will is reunited with his parents he rats on Smith and they look at him with indigness he makes a run for it then the scene changes back to the Jupiter 2 opening the door to the cliffhanger to the next episode.
Please do Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea : The TV series. Plus the 4- window SEAVIEW Submarine with the Mini and the Flying Subs . Just imagine the new undersea adventures & Uncarted Islands.
@@hamiltonpl ha!!! I knew it 😁 I had a strong memory of those floating heads and Wills emotions causing malfunctions. How long before your next installment of escape from Earth? Hope it doesn't take as long as part 2.
And now, I know where that one sample on ua-cam.com/video/YNgA70ooOxI/v-deo.html comes from. Funny, for years, I would have sworn that was Robin Williams, and here it turns out to be Jonathan Harris! Wild!
One of my favorite episodes. I love the sound of the alien spaceship when it’s about to take off/disappear.
Outstanding job! Still the creepiest episode! I love the lighting swirl in the 5th Dimension ship bubble! 👍👍👍👍👍
One of the best episodes of LiS. Your animation and modelling just gets better all the time.
So good. Dr. Smith getting sucked into the fifth dimension was trippy!👽
And levitating Smith like that would've been way too hard and costly back then! Great effect, and underscores the advanced alien technology so well.
WONDERFUL WORK and GREAT ATTENTION to DETAIL!!!
You left out the part where you could see Bob’s legs sticking out of the Robot shorts,😅😅😅!
ONE OF THE REALLY FANTASTIC EPISODES...LUV THE B9 ROBOT SCENES
WOW! your animations just keep looking progressively better and better!
I'm jealous of your talents Phil. I think the animation in this video is the best you have done.
I love the design of the ship glowing like a marbel!

Curious how, in a show renowned for prop reuse, the innovative and highly original (and no doubt expensive) Invaders ship was never seen again.

I always figured it was broken or destroyed, because Allen would have DEFINITELY reused it on LIS, or Land of the Giants!
Excellent animation and synchronization of the original series episode!
The two aliens didn’t get any billing either back then or now…would have been nice.
This was always a favorite episode of mine
My fav episode!! So well done Phil!!
Great work! Top favorite episode.

I enjoyed this to the full. Thank you for keeping the main focus creating your fifth dimension feel all on your own.

I don't know what i was expecting but this was great. Nice work.
Awesome! I love your work. Can´t wait to watch for your next project.
An amazing creation. Very well done.
Well done re-creation! Great talent!
"He is useless, let him go."
That sums up my experience at school!
Dr. Smith ! The villain you love to hate.
Great work. You need to do more!!
My Favorite episode

Lost in space will always be top tier quality sci fi..good grafix..👍
I kind a like that yes I do keep on rolling them out thank you very much😌
How nice the color is.
This is the best yet I think-thanks so much
Still can’t believe the Robinsons didn’t wring Smith’s neck after this one!!
You are amazing.
Excelente!!! Thank you!!! from Brazilian fans
Keep these coming!!! I would really like to see a fith part to miracle in space!!
Outstanding!
A Lost in Space-Fireball XL5 team up would be very entertaining.
Totally Awesome
Do you plan on making more episodes after "Miracle in Space"?
Not at this time. But if I had voice actors and a good short script - yes!
Great job!
How can do this animation I loved that episode.
please tell me how you are creating these videos they are awesome, Id like to learn this -
I use Poser animation software primarily. But also Blender for additional modeling.
this was originally the lead in to the oasis after will is reunited with his parents he rats on Smith and they look at him with indigness he makes a run for it then the scene changes back to the Jupiter 2 opening the door to the cliffhanger to the next episode.
Thank you for the visit back to LIS! Curious what software you use to create this?
Poser for the animation and Blender for some modeling....
First time I've seen this and I like it. Am interested in seeking out more examples of this fine art.
Awesome 👏
Oh the pain...the pain
A better take on Spocks brain!!!
Please do Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea : The TV series. Plus the 4- window SEAVIEW Submarine with the Mini and the Flying Subs . Just imagine the new undersea adventures & Uncarted Islands.
ted lehmanns voice r.i.p.
great. the BBC for Doctor Who should do this for the missing stories etc..much better than the animation...more realistic
This seems familiar. Is this a recreation of a original episode???
Yes. A condensed version. In color!!
@@hamiltonpl ha!!! I knew it 😁 I had a strong memory of those floating heads and Wills emotions causing malfunctions. How long before your next installment of escape from Earth? Hope it doesn't take as long as part 2.
The blooper with the robot wasn’t here in this video
this is not bad but still would be nice to see the original colorized.
Not bad :)

The 1st season was the best season! the 3rd was the worst.
Have to disagree. The worst was season 2.
So strange.
Phil isn't really sociable with his subscribers.. he sounds a little stuck up!
What!?!? What is your question ?
Amazing. Love your work. One tiny gripe....I know it’s first season but please make the robots claws red. It distracts and pulls me out of the scene.
Yeah I know but I chose t stick with 1st season color schemes all around. Thanks!
Outstanding!
