It’s not a boss. It doesn’t have a boss health bar, nor is it listed on the Terraria Wiki as a boss. The bosses I’m actually missing are the Old-Gen console & 3DS-exclusive bosses. However, those versions of Terraria are missing the Zenith…

You have to make sure you are playing on the seed “GetFixedBoi”. This is a seed that makes the game significantly harder, and it adds Mechdusa to the bosses.
