My question regarding the natural gas supply size. I had read a while back that a condensing unit can use 1/2 and a non condensing requires 3/4. Is this true? I haven’t seen anyone address this

Was this video based on interior models or exterior type? I want an exterior model and want to know which is best for the least amount of exhaust venting required. I’m adding a rental unit to my home. from the house wall where I would mount unit to the perimeter fence is 5feet. Can I install in a walkway.

Thanks. I am considering NPE-240A2, Bosch T9800SE-199 CPVC, or Rinnai RU199in tankless gas water heater. Which one would you recommend? I have 3 full baths (1 is a soaking tub)and a half bath.

Definitely not the navien. I have the npe240 and it's had nothing but issues. I'm on my 3rd fully replaced unit.
