    I have a mission now, to finally make this masterpiece myself.
    It's finally getting a bit warmer now, ice cream machine sitting in the basement since last summer.
    Fior di Latte is a huge piece of childhood for me, every year for multiple holidays we would drive to Italy, Lago di Garda.
    Always having at least 4 Fior di Latte ice cream cones per week of vaction.
    It's always the high quality simple ingredients that make for the best dishes.
    Neapolitan pizza margherita with buffalo mozzarella as well. You can put a ton of stuff on a pizza, but the pure taste is always the greatest.

    I never heard using flower in ice cream.

      it's not wheat flower, it's carube seed flour, which is a natural thickener. Carube seed flour is present in any type/kind of ice cream, sometimes even in sorbets.
