I am level 27, only managed to roll a few legendaries so far. Only one is decent. I found commons and rares that are better. I just stuck them in my bank so I can re-roll them later. They are those energy beam shotguns with the bowl of crystals on top that shoot the really slow beam. I haven't figured out what they are best suited for yet, they don't seem to work well in any situation. I have like 12 skeleton keys but I am waiting til I find more lucky dice to use them so I can score some good stuff. P.S. the no-network-connection glitch to claim keys multiple times still works. I found an epic Blackpowder double-barrel Doom style super shotgun that rips through all enemies so I just been using that almost the whole time. Its 7 levels lower than me now and is still the best thing I have. I have a decent black magic rifle that shoots little dragons thats pretty solid as well, but that shotgun just rips guys apart.
Dexterity is multiplicative. It doesn't give you 40% flat crit, it increases your base crit by 40%, so it turns 5% into 7%.

I got that at 25 and used it on the last boss while he was lvl 30 on my first attempt I was astonished
I just tested it B4 at level 35 and it still hits crazy hard for a level 16

But end game u have a big chance of getting these
There an overworld dungeon that has the highest chance of dropping it, joltzdude has a great video showing where to get it. I got it twice in 5 runs
How is the game performance on console?
Ps5 seems pritty good a litt lagy one's but that was it
I just had a few lags for maybe 3 seconds in 10h of playing on ps5
I had some lag and hiccups and still some other issues that are easy to iron out, and I think they stem from the shift network

I’m at about luck 6K still pretty rare maybe one or two per hour. A lot different than BL3, but the the epic drops are way better👍
