My favourite part of both games is that there’s something for different kinds of players. There’s enough stuff to do for people that want to hunt down bosses and beat the game while still being fun for people that just want to try exploring and surviving.

To be clear, the chances of getting two walking cane boons is equal to the chances of getting one squared. In other words, if the odds of getting one in a world are 1/50, the chances of getting two in one is (1/50)×(1/50), or 1/2500.

Meaning that for one wheel in a combo lock, you have 10^1 combinations, or 10, for two wheels, it's 10^2 or 100 combinations, for three, it's 10^3 or 1,000 combinations. Likewise, if you're flipping coins and you need to land on heads to succeed, you have a (1/2)^1 chance, or 1/2 of the time, it should land on heads. Likewise, for two coins, the odds of both landing heads up is (1/2)^2 or 1/4 of the time. And so, for a probability of 1/50, or (1/50)^1 chance of something happening, the odds of the same event happening twice in the same instance is (1/50)^2, or 1/2500. Make sense?

The amount of knowledge you need to know for this game is mind blowing…not only in WHAT to do in order to get these runs done properly, but also knowing WHEN to do these certain things, what time and in what season, so preparing for things DAYS beforehand…and the very very minimal hand holding…I feel like it takes years and years to get to this point. I, being newer, feel like I could watch this over and over again and still forget most of what he’s doing shortly after watching. So task heavy, and penalizes heavy if you miss your mark, having to potentially wait a full in game year to get it again that following season…brutal but in a way, intoxicating.
It's like speedrunning for stardew valley. I think this is harder to do because you also have to be able to beat the bosses. But Stardew is almost completely RNG based.
My personal rating on the terraria bosses Eye of Chuthulu: 10/10, accurate enough for me to give it a 10 Spazmatism: 6/10, accurate for the most part, they didn’t implement the cursed fire usually launched by them Retinaser: 3/10, didn’t have the laser attacks, probably had a reason or something else

I personally feel that you should be able to use those "special" items at the beginning bcs the whole game is full of RNG (spawn, items drop etc.) so it would be cool to watch those speedruns with a little boost! Great video tho!

1) DST 2) justicebtd 3) I have loved Terraria for years, My favorite part about it is just the Mage class in general since the weapons are amazingly fun late game and it feels good to be able to murder everything in my path with ease.
I have started watching your DST videos quite a bit, and it has motivated me to play more. The info you give helps a lot and has given me an idea of what to prepare before a boss or season. Your funny commentary also helps bring a fun atmosphere rather than a serious one that most videos give. 1.) DST Elegant Skins 2.) Hex: Gay Fever 3.) I personally love DST more, as its cartoony style (rather than pixel style) allows for more in depth graphics.

I love watching these as I'm a Don't Starve (Singleplayer) longplayer, as typically in my 1300+ day world, I kill bosses with all kinds of end-game preparation (bet you wish coffee was in DST lol). But in these, I get to see the early to late game progression that I haven't done in so very long. As well, its nice to see the bosses that are in DST since DS has a different set of bosses. On that note, it would be cool if you did a DS boss rush, as you'd have to kill Deerclops, Moose/Goose, Dragonfly, Bearger, Ancient Guardian, Tigershark, Quacken, Sealnado, Mant Queen, Iron Hulk, and Ancient Herald. I know thats a lot of work, but please consider. :)

Ive been playing both games on and off a lot over the years with my friend, and you've inspired me to play dst alone to try and beat more bosses. We've always been little babies who were too scared to fight many of the bosses since we didn't want to die, but once you learn how to survive, its so easy that the game feels empty without the bosses. I would love the elegant skin, and although I like dst and terraria, I've got to give terraria the upper hand, the gameplay is so fun, dst overwhelms me with how many choices I have a lot of the time. A Tip, if you feed a Glowberry to Eye Cthulu Helmet, you glow in a Little area during a time, it's really handy when you don't want a Miner Hat or use the lantern to often :D
Hey Jakey, thanks for the holding this giveaway and giving back to the community, it's awesome. My steam is FuriosTNT and I would want DST, because my favorite part about Terraria is the JANK. In the vanilla game, I can fight an eldritch beast looking like Toad or a Pharoah but donned with the armour of celestial gods while wielding a magical guitar that blasts homing music notes. If that's not Janky, I don't know what is. Just like in Terraria, I look forward to eventually discovering all the jank that DST has in store.

My favourite part of DST is that you can play it with your friends, it doesnt matter if they are hardcore or casual players they like it. I havent played terraria though.

Before watching this video, I didn't know Terraria and Dont Starve Together had a crossover. So, after not playing Terraria for a long while, I went to the wiki on Bosses, for no real reason, and went "Wtf is that thing?".
Earlier today I just defeated Bee Queen while playing as a fully upgraded WX-78. Despite using your method, man I struggled a lot with her boss fight lol, but still killed her after the 4th attempt.

I've always loved DST played it with my gf a few years back when it was released and i always sucked at it lol, she carried me through it though so i have very fond memories of playing it.

I was obsessed with DST a few years ago and loved loved loved watching people play through the game. I never was able to afford the games, but it would be so neat to play through!

There was 3 of us, and you alone beat every boss in 88 days which to me is insane

Dude the boons in this run are f**ing insane I've never seen any world even NEAR that good! Two walking canes, a miner hat AND a breezy vest. You may have found a extremely good speedrun seed

3) I have loved Terraria for years, My favorite part about it is just the Mage class in general since the weapons are amazingly fun late game and it feels good to be able to murder everything in my path with ease.
I have started watching your DST videos quite a bit, and it has motivated me to play more. The info you give helps a lot and has given me an idea of what to prepare before a boss or season. Your funny commentary also helps bring a fun atmosphere rather than a serious one that most videos give.

I love watching these as I'm a Don't Starve (Singleplayer) longplayer, as typically in my 1300+ day world, I kill bosses with all kinds of end-game preparation (bet you wish coffee was in DST lol). But in these, I get to see the early to late game progression that I haven't done in so very long. As well, its nice to see the bosses that are in DST since DS has a different set of bosses.
On that note, it would be cool if you did a DS boss rush, as you'd have to kill Deerclops, Moose/Goose, Dragonfly, Bearger, Ancient Guardian, Tigershark, Quacken, Sealnado, Mant Queen, Iron Hulk, and Ancient Herald. I know thats a lot of work, but please consider. :)

Ive been playing both games on and off a lot over the years with my friend, and you've inspired me to play dst alone to try and beat more bosses. We've always been little babies who were too scared to fight many of the bosses since we didn't want to die, but once you learn how to survive, its so easy that the game feels empty without the bosses. I would love the elegant skin, and although I like dst and terraria, I've got to give terraria the upper hand, the gameplay is so fun, dst overwhelms me with how many choices I have a lot of the time. Favorite part about the DST is when my group of friends and I screw something up and we start yelling at each other while running away from the boss

Also just a random tip: Chester can spawn essentially everywhere on the mainland (their might be some exceptions but I don't know)
Chester has set spawn locations depending on the world gen

A Tip, if you feed a Glowberry to Eye Cthulu Helmet, you glow in a Little area during a time, it's really handy when you don't want a Miner Hat or use the lantern to often :D

My steam is FuriosTNT and I would want DST, because my favorite part about Terraria is the JANK. In the vanilla game, I can fight an eldritch beast looking like Toad or a Pharoah but donned with the armour of celestial gods while wielding a magical guitar that blasts homing music notes. If that's not Janky, I don't know what is. Just like in Terraria, I look forward to eventually discovering all the jank that DST has in store.
I love how you can speedrun killing all bosses including the new ones from the Terraria x Don't Starve Together Crossover without dying.

My favourite part of DST is that you can play it with your friends, it doesnt matter if they are hardcore or casual players they like it. I havent played terraria though.

I didn't really think there was much to this game, before watching your speed runs, seeing that there are plenty of bosses and even an endgame boss so I never really considered wanting to get the game before. It's been very entertaining watching your videos, and has honestly gotten me interested in wanting to try this game out for myself, so here I go trying my hand at a raffle!

I just started playing dst because of content creators like yourself, but as a newcomer my favorite thing so far is the artstyle. I love the hand drawn top down 2d sprites, and all the animations make it feel like a cartoon. I also love the characters voices being different instruments (Webber is my favorite voice so far)

My favorite part of both games is progression pace don't starve has your base expanding as the marker and terraria has your character's armor and gear looking cooler and cooler
I love the progression aspect in Terraria and the Boss fights are Awesome designed. It was the first game I did all Steam Achievements and wanted to play Don't Starve for a while so it`s fitting that they made something Together.

Earlier today I just defeated Bee Queen while playing as a fully upgraded WX-78.
Despite using your method, man I struggled a lot with her boss fight lol, but still killed her after the 4th attempt.
