The scent wafers work great. I also hang them in my ground blind for the season, that way if im in there or not the deer get use to the smell and dont get triggered.
i take a clothes spin and hang on on my hat that way if it’s windy or i just wanna cover my scent it’ll in my head blow that scent around and not mine. i’ve used them for years.

I have a tree umbrella that I bought from Walmart years ago sit in rain snow and sleet it works awesome never left it up though always took it down. Each time I got in the stand.
Man it’s always a great video with Gabe in it. I got the rhino 180 blind it’s got 2 walls see through and is a great blind.

The scent blender would be great using scrapes. Just use scrapes from a different area, and local bucks will think an unknown buck is visiting their scrapes.

Racing strips for deer hunting lol. Just get around a wood fire and let the smoke get in your clothes. It’s natural and animals don’t even think about it.

With that scent blender you could use doe urine and faeces to blend up, then spray it on the trees leading up to where you have your tree stand.?
I think it'd bring the bucks in and make them stop at every tree to smell it, giving you some nice stationary shots?
Anyone else thinking Rob and Gabe need to make raised/suspended walkways from tree to tree with camo net flanking it and bow/rifle portholes along them? You could use the tree trunks from land clearance like telegraph poles to support the walkway and make it look as natural as possible?
That way you can quietly stalk the deer to get a better shot if it moves out of LOS...

Rob I have one of those umbrellas and love it . I screw the base in tree and keep umbrella in my pack so if it’s raining or snowing hard it’s great to have

Love fresh earth! We keep it in our cloths box when we put hunting clothes away after the season.
I grabbed one a while back thought it was fresh earth it was sex scent and I swear I think it repelled deer

I use that face paint stick when I go hunting and I know I’m gonna be in a well lit spot and be more visible to the deer, I angle it and more just draw as crazy as possible just to mix the colors and break up my face

Love the scent wafers! I use it after washing clothes, throw all the clothes in a tote with a wafer and all the items smell like the scent. I also hang one on the bow as well.
The tree umbrella is a good buy if you’re an all weather stand hunter.

You really messed up by not trying the tree umbrella. They work great. We have 15 stands on my property and all of them have one. It makes sitting in the rain or snow so much more pleasant. And I have yet to have one spook any game.

9:29 I put those things in my scent crusher bag with my camo and it completely eliminates my odor overnight.

I use that same umbrella it is the difference between midmorning snooze in the tree stand durning a windy snow and nott works great i love it. It is slippery and some what noisy so the snow and rain can run right off it for cheap. There is no reason you should be rubbing it to make any noise at all once it is setup two feet above your head. Plus it works way better to hang your bow from than that stupis, yes stupis belt flat against the tree. Altho I use a swing arm and both a tree stand forks so to have options where to place my bow depending which way im facing because it isnt strong enough to hang a rifle. Yes I leave my narrow plain dull boring flexible leather sling on all the time
BTW I hang my grunt/bleat call from it so it is right infront of my face if I cant whistle loud from weather conditions
