I love this show. I wish all three of them could do this on a regular basis. They are so funny but smart too. Rah Digga is gorgeous and does not age. Godfrey is just handsome on a level that is ridiculous. Lol. The man in the hoodie is beautiful. He is really wise in a calm way.

Entertainers are in business from themselves. They need to carry their own insurance. That's what business owners who are adults do. It already exists.
Godffrey lol.. The vegan roast was trash, but yeah.. I kinda feel what he was saying in the last part, that when u eat healthy all the time you get sick immediately when u eat bad. 4 days ago I ate some meat and “bad food” I been sick ever since lol.
If i may refer to [the gospel of Hip Hop:first instrument] it is advised to live a vegetarian lifestyle. I know the bashing was in all fun but i don't agree with Godfrey. If you look in the (exotic) fruit category alone there is a variety of tastes, unmatched in my opinion with a carnivore diet. Also vegetarians mention their time spent as vegetarians because a true carnivore cannot imagine a day without meat. Like (s)he is going to die without it. So the vegetarians mentioning this is living proof you will not die without meat ;D

They have an insurance product designed for rappers and such.....its called an annuity
In regard to the Hip Hop Union, connect with Joe Budden. He's interested in doing the same thing. And he's spoken with several artists on his podcast about it. The only one I recall off-hand that was interested was Chance The Rapper. But if y'all are serious, connect with Joe because he talks about it a lot. Y'all can get together and share ideas, and hopefully bring it into fruition. That would be dope!
NORE has been talking about it before him, but both of them would be a great asset for a union.
@@Miss-ol9wq Awe okay. I didn't know N.O.R.E. spoke about it too. I think anyone who's genuinely interested in creating the union, and willing to contribute in whatever way they can would be a great asset. So in that respect, I think it'd be in their best interest to get with anyone who's spoken on there being a need for a union in hip hop - even if only to share ideas as to how to get started. I think another first step would be speaking with financial advisors to see what type of options they may be able to provide in terms of financing an union.

I like almost everything that they said, but I do believe there are more black women in the gym than black men
I think location has all to do with ; some coast it differs like LA see more brother and east coast I see more sisters , black have the best been day so them going to the gym has to be encouraged.
It's more black ppl in their house or in the back yard working out then paying for a gym membership. That's were most black dudes at. Why pay for a gym membership and you can get the same results from body weight workouts and a bench

Love the podcast with Rah Digga and you Lord Jamar but I have to say is getting hard watching you want to flad which I love hearing your views on things BUT yo boy Vlad is really disrespecting dr. Sebi. Not just on your interviews but he acts like he's trying to get other people to speak foul of the doctor
