There's a special microphone attached to the back of the pad to emphasise the sound, but it didn't work as well as I hoped so the sound isn't actually included.

+Polly Amid I 100% concur, but at the time of making this I'd been doing a lot of manual labour at work. You'll notice that in all videos after this, my fingers are indeed much cleaner, I was shocked myself at the state of them in this video.
I've lived in the US my entire life, I have never heard of a famicom. I had an SNES as well as my cousin had one. I'm pretty sure the famicom was the Japanese version or something like that.
