Thanks for he comment on the music, if there is one thing that people don’t like about the video it’s the music that I used, this was a very early video of mind and if I had to do it all over again, yes I would change the music but to be truthful, I believe it is not that bad.

Looks likes characters from a lovely children's book. I can definitely see Sluggo telling a ghost, or monster story. As in reality one listener is scared while another is interested but not scared. The dinosaur, or dragon is the scared part of us inside despite attempting a courageous exterior, especially with kids.

    A couple(ish) suggestions.
    - Go buy a red & white checkered picnic towel & turn your chalk stick into a bindle stick (fill it with chalk?)
    - Whenever someone (kids mainly) make a 'worthy' suggestion, have them sign their first name below the drawing.
Man, I fucking LOVE your art.

Except I always feel secretly annoyed when little kids stop and look and ask either, "What're you doing?" and "Can I help?"

I used to do this for pocket money in Ireland back in the '80's/early '90's by putting down a hat. I rarely made more than beer money doing it- if that! Although I did occasionally get lucky doing a portrait of the crucial goal-scorer in a vital soccer international, say, or portraits of big rock-stars doing stadium gigs in town. I had a couple of mates though who consistently made very respectable money doing pavement drawings- so much so that they were able to (or forced to!) sign off unemployment assistance. (The 1980's recession cut deep in Ireland, especially in my hometown of Cork with a number of big industries folding.) These lads combined a very savvy approach, joining forces to produce enormous 'extravaganzas', with well thought out subject matter, ie no 'modern art', nothing 'political', or controversial... Cutesy stuff, mostly- Santa Claus at Christmas, Easter Bunny at Easter, etc., Chocolate-box type landscapes, occasional religious pictures on the appropriate holidays, and so forth... This 'tactical' approach, with their undeniable talent, of which they genuinely had bucket-loads, meant that for a year or two they were able to make a living, albeit a somewhat Spartan one, from their drawings. Of course, Cork being just an 'average-sized' kinda burg, got- well, played-out, I suppose, (to the chagrin of some of the other pavement artists) and my friends found that the law of diminishing returns set in. Besides, it was never the kind of thing that could be a viable alternative to regular, waged, employment, given how dirty and how hard on the joints it was; and what with the unwelcome attention of both cops AND robbers! Not to mention what was always, in the British Isles, going to be the biggest obstacle- the RAIN! Somewhat dispiriting to spend hours doing a drawing only for the skies to open as it finally nears completion- particularly as it is only as the drawing nears completion that the public start to open their purses or rummage in their pockets!

@@DavesTVZone And as a "black" man and artist/ animator i know it all to well. which is why i made the comment. Your work is so amazing. uplifting, a little blip of joy that people find their way running into during their day. And as i watched, i placed myself in your shoes, and i instantly knew the outcome, and the truth, that all it would take is a change in skin complexion, and for most cops (not saying at all that it hasn't happen at all to yourself, as some people are just universally jerks! lol, but you and i both know, the sad truth. keep all the factors the same and just make a change in the complexion and all that wonderful art is no more, At least in most places. And its so sad, both from the point of the artist as well as what's lost in the process. Every piece of art is a tree of who's branches reach out to so many and in the process, bares fruits in peoples lives. And yet some especially those in power who's hearts are full of envy and hate would readily seek to stomp out any gleam of light especially if it doesn't come from those they deem to be worthy of admiration and praise.
