Greetings Adam and Dr Smith, thank you for the wonderful information. We are all connected in some way. indigenous Culture has not been looked at as a source of helping Humanity for a long time.
I thank you Dr Smith for all of your efforts. You are an asset to Humanity.
Thank you Adam for the platform bringing this information to all.
    ☀️♥️☀️

Fascinating episode! As a builder of things, I was only familiar with the concept of tensegrity through a) architect Buckminster Fuller and b) the LEGO examples of the combination of tension and compression forces that Fuller demonstrated. So cool (and upon reflection, makes so much sense) that the same concept can be applied to the human body's complex of interconnected rigid and flexible parts!

Any senior hearing this podcast please take advantage of it. As a martial artist who has suffered major injuries. I could not stand for 20 seconds. My practice of Wing Chung,7 Star PM, a little Ng Mui, etc. Running 10 miles a day. Matter not, I could not stand. Then Tai Chi in a Zen temple changed everything. From 20 seconds to 1 minute on one leg. Im still finding my way at 63. I am not a student of either
Dr Smith or Adam Chan.I found Adam Chan by cause and effect.
    Grateful for the information☀️🙏🏾☀️

Took me a few days to watch this whole part two because of many little things going on , anyway , so very interesting, much I agree with especially the last thing said about finding a teacher in my search at least on the west coast Canada there are very few out there that actually properly teach even martial arts very few out there that properly teach

Unfortunately the link to sifus page won't work.
This covered so many things wonderfully. An absolute gem of an episode. Another reason I wish my family had left me in the PNW

I just reached the section on Lauism and "Dudeism". I am reminded of the Angry Germans screaming "We are Nihlists, Lebowski! We believe in Nothing!" and being struck by how it is a perfect encapsulation of how we root our sense of identity in conceptual terminology, staying on the surface of meaning, and thus essentially saying nothing when words come out of our mouths. Oh dear... and there was also a character named Jesus, and a guy who converted to Judaism... I'm going to have to rewatch that movie through the lense of it being a philosophical treatise, aren't I? Thank you for the homework ❤

Great stuff! My own practice has had me start (sort of) seeing some of the things talked about in both this and Adam's Qiqong series.
On the whole diet deal, I actually went through that over the last few weeks. I started adding some not so great stuff into the diet and it definitely slowed the qigong/meditation down. You are using a lot of energy in that deconstruction and you need to keep it up.
