Whenever you answer a question from the interviewer, you can refrain the word "actually". It doesn't really show a great impact to the interviewer. To the interviwer it could have done better if you ask "tell me something about yourself" first before asking "what motivates you in applying to a bpo?. You can ask this question as a follow up. Recruiting professionals or hiring managers have undergone training as well on how to properly execute the interview session.

Kuya reneboy I have a suggestion for you to add this question because during my interviews this is most question being ask me what was your most difficult situation in your previous job and how do u handle irate customers and are you consider your self to become a lider
