    Liked the visual and narration on keeping the knee over the trail foot on the back swing. The slo-mo on the swing allowed us to understand how the whole swing works with the hip rotation. Thank You!

    Thanks Christina, great drill, I'm working on my lower body, especially the right knee, I looked on Amazon for the training aid, its 60.00. Is is a better price on more pars. Thanks your the best.
