A few years ago, a certain Dragon was kicked out for saying the funny f word and now we have Nerissa talking about her lack of underwear and a British Queen Dommy Mommy talking about unbirth. How far we've come! I'd have it no other way.

@@sugarqbsThere's pretty much no proof that the CN drama caused her to leave. What we DO have is her saying that she left over "creative differences" between her and the company, which many interpret to mean that they were upset about her lack of self-censorship.
I personally don't think it was about censorship, but more likely about her wanting to just be more free with what content she is allowed to make, which she has done in with her current account in many ways. This just is the simplest explanation because Hololive never STOPPED her from using "swear-words" for shock value humor, and DEFINITELY capitalized on it! ( For example, the uncensored version of Weather Hackers was still an official song as she was graduating, and never changed.)
Basically, I think people LIKE to find someone to "blame" for what happened and why she left, but the evidence just doesn't seem to point to much other than she didn't like creating content with the restrictions that working for a Japanese "idol" company placed on her. (Again, probably mostly due to strict Japanese copyright law and collective culture norms.).
It was not because of the f word lol. It was 100% because of drama with the CN branch and their fan base being vicious towards Coco. She wasn't kicked out either, she chose to graduate to get away from the constant hate and harassment

@@noodlesoup5995 for some reason, my well thought out comment got deleted...but there's almost NO evidence of EITHER of those being the reason she left. It's much more likely (based on statements she made afterwards) that she left because she didn't like how strict cover was with what she was allowed/not allowed to do in order to protect their "company image". Yes, it was mutual, but it was NOT because of the CN drama.
