So, here I am! Just turned 70 years old on the 6th of October. I thoroughly enjoyed watching and learning you put together this Empress Tote. My daughter and I have endeavoured in bag making. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and person. You are a joy. You made my 70th birthday fun. I have watched you since before you painted that sewing machine green. (I watched you paint it, too.) I live on the Space Coast in Florida & have seen almost all launches from my front yard.
I love how you entertain us. I’ve been making totes with panel inserts and you gave me another idea how to do them. I like to take people’s photos of their pets or family and put it on a bag.
I just bought the pattern! I am very excited to see what I come up with! So many possibilities, but not enough time! You are such a great teacher! Thank you for creating the videos! I appreciate you and all you do for us!
With the seam squisher, it is a fantastic idea but I don’t habbe hand strength so I use the custom flat plates from Dreamy Bag Hardware in Tasmania in the rivet press and it works the same. And can use them to close fobs
total fun night. could you advise how you do your logo on the vinyl pls? just love the bag thanks. also where did you get pliers and do they have a special name?

Love it, while your doing it I thought some piping in between would look pretty too.

I'm thinking about turning that panel into a big front slip pocket. I plan to make one this weekend
“Smidgy bit”… May now be my favorite thing to say… 😊
I like it a lot that you have 'your own' fingernails 🙂
Great bag! I love it.
My false ones were excellent stilettos though ;)
@@SeamsLegit 🤣
I reduced mine to 80% so I could use the vinyl included in the kit. Love it.
Love it. Don’t forget to sew the zipper pocket shut (unless I missed that bit). I’m cutting out my Empress now 😊
So pretty!!

Have you seen the Bat Company Bag? Looks like it could be up your alley. It’s by Hollow Bag Creations.

There is a video in my embroidery playlist that shoes me doing it
Where's your little roller thingy? Would it have helped with the cargo pockets, etc?
Definitely would have!
Why no more fake nails?
My real nails need a rest. They are paper thin.
