Be consistent in your answers, they do a lot of repeat questions by just changing the wording a bit. Example: if you choose the answer "would you describe yourself as always being on time?" as "strongly agree", don't then choose "I'm okay with being a little late" as "strongly agree" later as you just said you're always on time. Also don't ever choose neutral, agree, or disagree. Always choose "strongly agree/disagree."
