Herring Salad Recipe

Such simple but strong flavors and I imagine this is great cold with some strong bread and a breakfast beer!

The pickled herring flavor might be strong for some but the apple and citrus help cut the fishiness. Excellent for a light heart-healthy meal! Beer of course makes it better. ;)
