Jimmy, on the Ferrari needing some much done that can’t be in the labor book. How do you bill that? Time and materials? I would hate to be the last guy that touches that car . Can’t be the original mileage or owner. Enjoyed watching your pain today brother
You don't know anything about the Ferrari, yet there it is in your bay with a dozen things wrong with it. You're not just impressive, you're impressivier, perhaps the impressiviest. It's going to be a good repair to watch.
Hey thanks a lot Jimmy all of the tool deal and confusion was my fault all i was doing was joking about losing LOL.. and one day i heard you talking about the winner 🏆.. I was like hey wife i think i won?? Then it took this old man time to figure out how to get you the information on how to get it to me so it is all my fault.. you are the best Jimmy!! And about the ferrari at least you understand the Process of elimination.. if they give you time you will figure it out and you can keep it out of the junk yard.. FROM TOM..
The problem with Ferrari's and most "exotic" cars is that they don't get driven enough. They sit in garages and stuff dries out and gets brittle, and it all breaks, despite the low mileage. Oh, and 360-era Ferrari's were terrible quality out of the box, so that never helps. Looks like a fun project, except that you have to do it on flat rate. Good luck!
That Ferrari just needs some love. Set it up on blocks or jackstands to be really fancy. Let it sit for a few years. You can 'Barnfind' and repair it in about 30 minutes for a kabillion views.
@@philh9238You said it 100%. Jimmy is as good as anyone with a wrench. But the wannabe player with the clapped out Ferrari is not being fair. Those Italian pieces of junk need special tools and equipment to keep them running. In fact, if three or nore items need to be repaired on one of those, the engine is supposed to be pulled. Thats the way its designed and why silly Kissimmee posers are the only ones that actually buy those in that condition. Lots of better quality and performing cars out there that dont break. Sorry jimmy this clown stuck you with that thing. 😮
Thanks for the video Jimmy!
You're welcome! :)
I put anti-seise on those boots and especially on 3.6 Chrysler PVC hoses.😅
Ha, I know what you mean.
Congrats to all the winners.............a new tool for the toolbox!!
Thanks Scott!

Oh I wish I could play with a TopDon Phoenix LIte! But until the funding is justified, the Launch CR529 is doing yeoman service! ☺
You can't go wrong with a Launch!

You're right, sometimes it's better to drive them! Rubber and plastic age either way.
We will see how it goes. :)

lol, the UA-cam Algorithm specialty!
Otofix is basically cheap Autel
Been working great!
Typical cheapo guy has a Ferrari then brings it to an independent shop whose labor rate might be 150/hr compared to 500/hr at the Ferrari dealer
Hes the owner of the shop.
Still a cheapo. Bring that thing to a Ferrari shop instead of some Napa shop
