Next time boil the chicken with Mexican Oregano and 1 bay leaf. Then just before you cook the chile, cook a 1/4 yellow onion to just translucent then add the chili 2 the onions. Makes a world of difference.
I make tinga tostadas like once a week. Definitely a banger!❤️🔥 I will say I’ve been cheating on the sauce, my Walmart has a Tapatío brand tinga sauce, I just throw that in the crockpot with the chicken breasts and it tastes exactly like homemade lol

I got hooked on Tostadas when I lived in Chicago and would get the Tostada Suizas at PePe’s….soooo good. But these have a fresh and less greasy vibe I think is gonna be 🔥. Thank you Lizzy!!
I liked the copycat recipes, but I always just assumed you saved the leftovers for later. I was always more interested in the cooking side anyway, but I do enjoy the taste testing ❤
I would like to know what was in the water you cooked the chicken in and what kind of beans did you use you're going alot faster than you used to its hard to keep up now 😅
A lot of it is because I forgot to hit record. I will put a recipe in the description. The water was onion, Chile verde seasoning and chicken bouillon.
That’s funny you say you can eat tostadas every day I was just thinking about what can I eat every day don’t laugh at me. I can eat greens every day with some type of smoked meat maybe cornbread but not every day😊, my mom said the very same thing, but she want dumplings and hers and I like dumplings we call them Dodgers is something that my dad mom made which he did greens. I’ve certainly missed it, but I learned how to do it myself I like Tuesday’s video when you took a bite of your tostada so did 😂😂
