The dog ran, created a bit of wind over the paper, and this easily lifts up the paper, and that paper has a bent corner. So, the shadow of the paper is seen. And you can clearly see that the paper bent. But you don't see clearly the paper returning to it's original position because of a slight blur created due to the potato quality of the camera, when she quickly moved the camera back to where the dog was, initially. We don't have to reach, because the reality is demons, aliens, shadow figures, etc. do exist in the millions at least.
Also bros if you notice in that air bnb haunted house video sure could it be her or her friends shadow yes but another reason is look at how the dog reacts the way the shadow goes it’s like the shadow slaps the dog and the dog reacts by moving away from a slap as if dog got slapped for real
